A gem of a caravan

From the moment we booked, we received information for check in. It was very easy to follow the instructions. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. I would definitely come and stay again.

It's a shame you don't sit and look out to the mountains, though I understand it may not be practical.

A Perfect Stay For Lakeland Exploration

The accommodation is a static caravan thats placed, as the name suggests, with a view towards Graystones and Grisedale Pike (I think?). There is personal parking next to the caravan. The place is spotlessly clean and the facilities are all well maintained (Oven, Microwave, Fridge etc) The shower is powerful and heats up almost instantly. I have stayed in similiar mobile homes and some of them although servicable, have looked tired and worn. No. 26 Mountain View is nothing like that. Its a perfect base to explore the Lakes and is only 15 min walk from Cockermouth town centre. Highly recommended.

Compact and clean caravan. Perfect for a 4 member family. Host is friendly and very responsive, getting clear instructions on the caravan location and the check in details..
