Breakfast wasn't expected, accommodation only.
The location was perfect for access to the main town center, all the pubs / restauants / takeaway shops and Sainsburys right on your doorstep. There's a car park 50 yards away, which was closed on our visit due to road repars, but this should be short term.

Close to cockermouth center.
Nice big studio.
It took us a while to figure out how to use the boiler. It had been switched off and it took a while to be able to get the hot water and heating working. But when it did it was nice and warm.

Central location - handy for shops and amenities. Generally well equipped studio.
Bathroom too small. Shower leaks and design seems to add to the water outside of the shower unit once used. On a junction so some noise from idling traffic etc. Noise from the room above - snoring, coughing etc. can be heard when no TV or radio on. No salt to be found.
