Location is absolutely great, next to big Sainsburys, and Lidl. Next to the flat there is a really good & cheap chinese takeaway spot. Excellent location for people visiting lake district, but doesn't want to get a room in Keswick as it's quite expensive and hard to get a spot. This flat is super nice, 20 minutes away by car from all central lake district tourist spots.
The room is connected to 2/3 other properties and I could definitely hear people walking, and talking. But nothing major that causes sleep disruption.

The location was brilliant and it was only 8.00 for 48 hour parking right next door.

Breakfast wasn't expected, accommodation only.
The location was perfect for access to the main town center, all the pubs / restauants / takeaway shops and Sainsburys right on your doorstep. There's a car park 50 yards away, which was closed on our visit due to road repars, but this should be short term.

Good location, good internal facilities, the bathroom and kitchen look new. Well designed studio flat.
Boiler wasn’t turned on, so we had cold water, not any heating. for the first night. No mention in any previous communication that we needed to turn it on…
Automated messages were out of date. No mention of the fact the road was shut (beyond owners control I know) outside the house, and the recommended parking you couldn’t access.
Front door doesn’t feel particularly strong.
