Right in the centre of town with car park just 30-secs walk away. Many options to eat and right opposite supermarket.
Had to phone for door code (but no big deal). Car park ticket machine accepted cash on first night - but had to pay online for second night's parking (again, no big deal though).

Bed was very comfortable, bedding and towels clean, great hot shower. Kitchen well equipped.
Carpet dirty looking, noisy with traffic, kitchen tired, bathroom shelf looked unhygienic

Convenient to town centre.
Power shower.
Straight off street into apartment, with strange porch area as part of sleeping / living area. The front door only had a small bolt, for inside security.
Large windows that were frosted out so a curtain was used to pull across the vast window/door area.
Did not feel that secure for female lone traveller (my wife).
No hot water when I arrived (boiler was not on). But host was responsive and helpful when contacted.
Very small and narrow bathroom.
Felt more like student accommodation.
