Pleasant and well equipped location to visit the lake district.
Location was quiet and out of the way but worked ok for us and the places we wanted to visit. We didn't spend a great deal of time at the location as we were out and about but everything you needed was there. The pint of milk left was very welcome as unable to transport milk ourselves on a 300 + mile journey in warm weather.
Noisy bathroom cistern upstairs - wakes you on a night time when it is used, Neighbour noise could be heard from double bedroom on a night-time but was usually quiet after midnight.

Couldn’t fault the stay one bit.
Everything was spot on. The owners were lovely and extremely helpful. Also loved the beautiful cat Bandit that visited us. Would 100% stay again.

Lovely cottage in quiet countryside.
The rooms are lovely, cosy, clean and a good size for 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped. We especially appreciated the big fridge-freezer as often cottages only have an under-the-counter one.
Squeaky floors and a loud toilet flush needed to be navigated to not wake people at night.

Perfect Cottage in Perfect Location
Spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Numerous books and board games provided. TV has Netflix for an evening film! Some beautiful lakes within 30 mins drive. We received a very warm welcome from the owner who lives on site if anything is needed.

Easy to find, lovely location for exploring Lakes. Parking.Large well furnished, comfortable,unfussy rooms. Well equipped kitchen . Wi-fi that worked with large smart TV. Friendly hosts.
Could have had different bags to help with recycling in the house.
