Incredibly well presented property close to all amenities within the small area of Maryport. Excellent communication on how to locate house & key collection with a code for the key box being message prior to arrival made the whole process easy. Everything you’d need for a short or longer term break available in the house.

Only slight negative is that the only twin room is on top floor with family bathroom on floor below. Perhaps making the smaller double on first floor into possibility of a twin also would be beneficial to those parties such as our own family make up where two twins would have been useful as we had a father (uncle) & son & two children with us along with two couples mum & dad & grandparents. Having the option for a twin on the first floor would have been easier for bathroom facility although as family, we left door open so twin room on top floor could use the en-suite on this room however some bookings may not have been so open
