Everything was great organised. Key were waiting as instructed by email. Place was clean and quiet. I recommend

Very comfortable beds. Great location. Great noise reduction in place - right next to a30 and wasn't disturbed by road noise. Air con unit & fan provided Tea&Coffee provided Clean

Didn't see a single human member of staff - only contact we had was one phone call when on our way, checked ourselves in & out. Room and hallway smelt very strong of cigarette smoke. Toilet seat was cracked Flooring was coming apart in the room Shower surrounds need attention - cracks, missing silicone & one part was coming away from the wall. Air con unit very noisy (although we were grateful to have it) and wasn't switched on prior to arrival therefore the room was very hot on arrival, took a while to cool down.

The rooms were very clean and received attention every day . We were very glad for the A/C in the room. The foyer and reception area was modern and welcoming. The bed was exceptionally big and very comfortable.

The rooms were tired and some repairs and / or replacement were needed. Some reception staff would have been welcomed for queries .There was only one pillow each and I would prefer more. The shower wasn't easily controlled and was way too hot.
