Accommodation is very spacious and perfect for 5 guests. Plenty of facilities, especially heated flooring. Value for money! Host was there to welcome us during check-in and briefed us on the house rules.
Needed to walk quite a bit to Kyoto Station but the scenery along the route made the commute relaxing and enjoyable!

we had to pay attention to my neighbors. The elderly neighbors were unfriendly and stared at us.

This was probably my favourite stay in any hotel, home etc I have had in a long time. Everything was perfect and location was ideal. Would love to stay there again... And will on my next trip to Kyoto. Thank you to the hosts.
