Clean easy to use good location. I loved walking to the station along the path, it’s fairly easy to get to attractions. Find Hyde and Away up the road for delicious cakes!

Fairly good location, everything in Kyoto felt like it was a 30-40 min walk away. The self check in procedure was straight forward, we didn't see a single member of staff during our 5 day stay which was unusual. We sent our bags from previous city and they were in our room waiting or us when we arrived which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and clean.

The communal area wasn't so clean, lots of dust and looked like the floors hadn't had a good clean in a long time. I wasn't a fan of staff entering our room while we weren't there to collect tourist tax, maybe you could find another way of doing this. Only 1 pillow per person and no option to ask for another as no staff on site.

Die Lage war gut. Man konnte seine Wäsche waschen und es gab auch eine Anleitung in Englisch. Mini-Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Die Waschmaschine ist nicht so gut. Die Wäsche wurde mit "wash and dry" über 4 Stunden gewaschen und war trotzdem nicht trocken, roch muffig. Personal ist nicht vor Ort, jedoch per Mail erreichbar. Unsere Koffer mussten wir an einen anderen Standort schicken lassen und abholen. Der Müll wurde nicht leer gemacht, obwohl wir per Mail darum gebeten haben. Sauber gemacht wurde auch nicht. Handtücher wurden ebenfalls nicht gewechselt. Es ist nur eine große Decke vorhanden, manchmal störend in der Nacht. Man könnte dort für 1-2 Nächte bleiben, aber nicht länger.
