    The room itself was clean and tidy, and the restroom was nice and well maintained. The sheets were good and the bed was comfortable, though the “king-size” bed was actually two twin/double beds pushed together. Unfortunately, the service was pretty terrible. Staff were basically never present. When we tried to drop off our luggage early, the hotel wasn’t even open at 9:00 AM. Reaching them by phone was also frustrating—it took many attempts before anyone picked up. Overall, while the room quality was fine and for the value and location was a great pick but the lack of staff presence and poor service really hurt the experience.

    The room size is really tiny but I didn’t have much expectations since this was the only available property in Kyoto for my dates. And the rate they were offering was a steal. However, I was surprised that even with this price, the hotel provided all the possible facilities they could. There ks only one person who sits at the reception and he is really kind and helpful.

    1:Walk distance 15mins to Kyoto JR station, 80m to Silhichijo statation. &Bus stop , 2: room is 16 square meter, but have bathtub, quite good, 3: 10mins walk distance, have kiyomizu-dera temple, sanjusangendo temple, Kyoto museum, etc, 4:good location, high CP value,
