One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. Truly exceptional service. The room was spotless, amenities were top quality, and the location was perfect.
Also, the shampoo and conditioner were amazing, best I’ve ever used! I’d love to know the brand.
We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Japan!

What an amazing staff and service. The comfort was beyond expectations. The staff were exceptional. We checked in later during the night after their checkin period and we messaged the property stating the same, they stayed until we arrived and this was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's a nice hotel with a 7 mins bus ride to the Kyoto station. 17 mins if you prefer to walk. The bus stop is 1 minute from the hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
