I like the environment around there, it is residential area and nearby 鴨川 river. Queit and peaceful. The spaces are organised and separated clearly (bedroom, bathroom and toilet). Very comfortable to live in. Owner is very friendly and generous to drive us to the subway station when we going to leave.
Because it is inside the residential area, so quite a distance from the public transport. Had to walk along many houses and we felt our laguage dragging sounds might be disturbing. Some people forgot to closed the main door properly when they leaving.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. They allowed me to store my luggage there for several hours after and had free tea, coffee, and bottled water.
Everything was great, only wish I had a longer stay.

Absolutely loved the location being immersed within the naturey backstreets of kyoto but still close to walk to many things!

Nice windows in room, friendly host, great location
The lobby was super messy with boxes and tons of cleaning materials in the entry way. I took the stairway down from my room and the staircase is full of storage, super dangerous if there were an emergency.
