I loved the location, loved the cosy little place and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! We have a 1 year old baby and it was comfortable. Only about a 20 min walk to Kyoto central station and a 15 minute walk to Nishiki market area.

Beds were pretty comfortable. Facilities were clean and in good shape. Great instructions on how to use all the appliances and clear house rules.
The space is narrow and irregular, but you can work around it for a short stay.
