The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photo, but it's well equiped, clean with some nice small details. Downstairs there are two washing machines and driers with free use and soap.
The check in was awful and unnecessary. From the station you have to find the office, then once you have a table, you are told to pay tourist tax plus resi's commission. Then you are told a list of house rules and how much you must pay if you break them. Then you have to wait for the mini bus to your appartment. All this could have been done online, as the bus 205 from the station takes 6 minutes, while the whole check in process was 1 hour and a half.

Really comfortable stay, great ambience, excellent amenities (Vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board). With free to use washing machine and dryer.
The bed is a little soft, size a bit small if your height is 180cm and above. Wish that they have a complete set of utensils (4 spoons instead for just 2 for the room of 4).

Extra toilet ground floor. Clean and comfortable. Very responsive to call of issue. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Everything needed is provided.

Lots of space.
The room was dusty on all surfaces. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. There was no oil for cooking.
