The room was exactly like the pictures—very clean and cozy. The check-in process was easy and organized. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any troubles we encountered. We appreciated the laundry machines that were available as well.

Good size. Mattresses a bit too soft. Good location.
Public areas are not clean. Nowhere to sit if waiting for laundry. Fridge door handle is loose. Area on the inside of the bunk bed against the wall is dirty. Lift carpet unclean.

Location was great. Beds, bathroom, and kitchen area were clean.
One of the washers were a little dirty and not functioning properly.

Lots of space.
The room was dusty on all surfaces. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. There was no oil for cooking.
