Très proche de la rivière et à 15 minutes de la gare centrale. Endroit très calme, et très confortable. Un bel endroit pour séjourner en famille.

Good location -- right on the river, super close to Keihan line, walkable to Kyoto train station, longer walk but doable to Kiyomizu temple (which we could actually see from the window in the distance) and also Shijo shopping area. Clean and comfortable. Shower/wooden bath a nice touch. Appreciated having a hanging rack to dry clothes (laundry machine in the apt) and a foldout dining table. The foldout couch was comfortable as a couch and as a bed which is kind of amazing.

The property is clean and comfortable to stay. I also enjoyed the amenities provided such as washing machine since i travelled to japan for 10 days so i make use of it to do my laundry. The place is quiet at night and a bit far from the city centre.

Мне все очень понравилось! Редко встретишь такое хорошее жилье) Хорошая шумоизоляция между комнатами, поэтому если кто-то захочет потусить вечером, а вы поспать - то будет нормально.
Также понравилось, что в этом варианте жилья есть одна комната с обычными кроватями и телевизором, и еще одна комната - с традиционными татами.
Было приятно, что в номере есть чай и кофе, а также стиральная машинка с функциональностью сушки.
Хорошее местоположение, приятно погулять даже просто в округе.
Красивый вид из ванной :) а еще два туалета!!
