Look, you can’t deny the property is beautiful location and the staff are kind but if you are going to charge so much mo

It’s beautiful right on the lake facing the mountains.

I have been to this place before and I’m not going to complain about the flies bc it’s not the staff fault but seriously!! The chairs and tables were dirty like nobody cleans. Food stuck to things and dusty. Broken glass and stains on cushions and chairs.

Hot spring was good. Hotel room was not good the first night, very noisy had to change rooms and next room was much better quieter and cleaner. I went to the hotel without a booking and they told me to book online but I met a family that did the same and booked on Agoda and was much cheaper. Half the price so do look around.

Roosters in small cages all day and all night not much water or food. I know it’s a tradition to use animals here but things do need to change. Noisy area. Ask for a quiet room away from the road here. Open to public so lots of people in hot springs. Music is as awful loud American pop music. Food was terrible. No vegan options except chips :( I would never go back here sorry. Overpriced I paid 1.6 million each night.

Get a regular room instead of the villa.

I liked the hot springs and the dinner restaurant had some amazing food options for vegetarians.

The Jecuzzi was broken, there was no hot water on the first day, the private pool was not very clean, there were lots of ants and fruit flies around the villa.

Our Villa was beautiful, comfortable bed, excellent facilities and beautiful staff! The pools were magical, so soothing in the artesian, volcanic thermal water. Very therapeutic. Terima kasih banyak staf Kintamani

I can’t stay here anymore.

Only hot spring

Too much and too much flies !!! They have everywhere on your food, kitchen of restaurant, on your bed, bath ….. even on your face!!

Pretty, interesting architecture, but bad food, cold to warm "hot springs" and lots of flies!

The service was good. Mr. Komang and his team are lovely.

The food is terrible. Very limited selection. The complex is infested by flies. I couldn't sleep. We left the reservation with two nights left on our paid stay. The hotel admitted that they had a problem with flies, but refused to refund even one of the nights. It was just too uncomfortable to remain, so we returned to Seminyak. One of the main reasons to stay here is the promise of a hot spring fed pool in the villa. The water was cold mostly, and only became luke warm during limited hours. There are quite a number of other pools, all of which were luke warm. And, note that there were a lot of kids, and the pools are not chlorinated, so you can guess what you are swimming in. I do not recommend this property.

Exceptional

Clean, cosy, right in the water park but with a feeling of being tucked away in your own private villa. Komang was a wonderful host and saw to our every need with a smile. Will be coming back!!

Локация и источники с которых открывается вид на озеро

Снимали семейную виллу. Спать в этих домиках не возможно! Рядом дорога, шум от машин, лай собак и звуки ветра с местным водопадом лишила нас сна полностью. Звукоизоляции в виллах нет. Такое ещущение, что спишь прямо на дороге в палатке. Полотенца были в пятнах, постельное бельё в пятнах. Номер затертый, стены грязные, на шторах пятна. В ресторане 80% меню отсутствовало, пришлось искать местную забегаловку что бы перекусить. Территория отеля старая и не ухоженная. Завтраки оставляют желать лучшего. Лежаки в ужасном состоянии. Если хотите хорошо отдохнуть до подъёма на вулкан, ищите другое место.
