Villa Danu Kintamani

The view of the property was excellent. The bed really comfortable and soft. Bed sheets were clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating whenever we needed their attention (they allowed us to use the kitchen to cook soup). I appreciated the bottles of water that was delivered every day.

Hope you are ready for this...what we didn't like was the shower water pressure was extremely bad and water temperature was constantly inconsistent. The room didn't have turn down service, beds not made up and no fresh clean towels. Bathrooms had dead flys on the counter when we came in our rooms. Breakfast was very disappointing, we ordered eggs with toast, toast was not buttered and I expected jelly for the toast but catsup came on my plate...why? We also ordered nasi goreng and the order was taking so long, we asked what was happening with the order, we were told they were cooking the white rice still!!?? I gave the location a high mark, but driving to the location was a 'white knuckle' experience. Roads were so small, I don't see any future improvement on enlarging the roads anytime soon. I have to give recognition the the staff who was very kind and helpful, they did try their best to make our stay pleasant. I strongly feel they need better training.

Very nice location with amazing view. The staff Yudi and Orson were really helpful and very friendly. The Villa is also comfortable.

Maybe they can update how the toilet looks

The restaurant was really not good. They did not have good coffee, always brought it sugary and the food was very greasy and not adequate.
