Good value for money , we enjoyed

Beautiful house made of bamboo with private hot spring!!! Tasty breakfast, friendly stuff ,nice nature vibes & pet friendly!!!

Too many flies , but that is not the property’s fault , because unfortunately there is a lot of them in all the area ( like Batur)…

Paid for two nights, stayed for one…

The bedding was generally clean and the hot pools were okay.

There are a few problems. We only ended up staying one of the two nights we booked. There is zero security. No padlock, no way to secure the door when you’re not present. The doors don’t really even close properly. While there were three other vacant cabins available, we were given one with a completely broken door to the toilet / shower area from the outside of the cabin. They did try to fix it when we pointed this out to them, but the doors still didn’t close properly afterward. There was a cigarette butt in the shower area and there was a very minimal amount of toilet paper provided. The tea / coffee containers were basically empty and the small fridge was unplugged when we arrived. The location is not ideal. There are very few places where you can walk for food etc and you will hear all of the road traffic overnight and heading up Batur as the turnoff is very close. As others have said, there are flies absolutely everywhere. The staff, while reasonably friendly, are generally disinterested and the property lacks a lot of basic maintenance. We didn’t use the shower but understand that they have cold water only - which is not made clear on the listing. The bathroom bamboo slats have quite large gaps so, especially at the front cabin with the broken door, you will not feel like you have much privacy. We ended up leaving on the second morning despite having paid for two nights. There are nice views of the mountains but that’s really about all you will get.

The hot spring is amazing, didn’t expect to use it but we did multiple times. It’s located really good and we booked a tour from there, the guide was really amazing!

Tranquil and comfortable

The cottages are very well finished and extremely comfortable, the hot spring is an amazing feature! The staff are really helpful and organised a taxi for us last minute who made sure we got to our connecting boat on time! Location is remote but good place to be for early morning trekking.

Bed sheet was blood stained. Room wasn’t serviced over 2 night stay. Two tissues in box on arrival, half roll of toilet tissue provided, no extra provided. Bottled water & tea/coffee sachets were not replenished. Very cool nights, extra blanket would have been great.

Hot spring pool is selling point

Hot water didnt on. Staff only turned it on upon request. Toilet is without rooftop so when we came and rain, we couldnt take shower. No hot water for shower. Only hot spring.

there isn’t hot water in the shower and the hot spring itself is just lukewarm. this is out of their control but there were tons of flies so you definitely need to keep the doors closed.

A great spot to take in the beauty of the Kintamani area

The private hot spring is a real treat, and staff are willing to refill your tub as often as you wish. The property offers quiet surroundings, and there is a great restaurant down the street. If you want to stay in the valley, this is a phenomenal choice!

Nice hotel and staff but too

The room was very nice and the bed suoer comfortable. The hut is cute. The staff friendly. Loved the private hot springs pool. The only downside was the hundreds of annoying flies. The transportation in the area was expensive and no Grab or Gojek were allowed.

During daytime there was hundreds of annoying flies due to the surrounding fertilised onion gardens. The staff coukdn’t soeak English which made communication very difficult but they were friendly and really tried to help. There was nowhere to go, no shops and the road going past the hotel was very busy. Expensive transportatiion. No Grab or Gojek allowed.

Romantic hot spring pools and cosy atmosphere

With the bright bamboo cabins and the private hot spring pools, this is a magical place. We were also really happy when we read on booking, that they have a shared kitchen - that was our main reason to book there. As vegetarians, after 4 weeks in Bali, we were craving homecooked vegetables! It was so great to cook for ourselves, and the kitchen has all you need. The cabins are pretty basic, so if you're looking for luxury, this isn't your place to be. But it holds another sort of luxury: Lying under the stars in warm water is just fantastic.

The breakfast could do with some improvement, fresh fruit for example would be a good start.

Awesome hotel for an overnight stay for 1-2 night for trekking to Batur volcano

Very nice hotel. Authentic bamboo cabin at the foot of Batur. You have your own hot springs pool. At the hotel you can arrange a guide for climbing the volcano.

Für eine nacht ok

Es war ganz günstig und die Aussicht war gut.

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und als bescheid gab wurde mir gesagt das es nachts kühl sein wird und ich eigentlich keine brauche. Habe nachts brutal geschwitzt , ameisen waren im Zimmer bzw auf dem Bett und brutal viele fliegen draußen und drinnen.

Happy Family Staycation & Pet Friendly

Pet friendly dengan area rumput yang cukup luas. Plunge pool dengan natural hot spring nya juga sesuai harapan kami, air hangat nya pas dan ukuran pool nya cukup nyaman untuk kami bersantai sekeluarga. Owner juga sangat ramah, jadi walaupun mobil kami tidak bisa masuk sampai di parkiran penginapan, kami di berikan shuttle dan di pinjamkan kendaraan untuk keluar di malam hari. Terima kasih!!

Menurut kami, yang bisa di tingkatkan adalah shower di kamar mandi bisa di posisikan lebih baik untuk mandi air hangat.

Il posto è immerso nella natura e a due passi dalla strada dove si possono trovare market e ristoranti. La vista sulle montagne è pazzesca e la vasca con l’acqua calda termale esterna è il vero pezzo forte della struttura! Abbiamo passato qui le nostre serate in pieno relax sotto le stelle.

Il problema generale di questa zona di Bali sono le mosche. Ce ne sono veramente tante, non è un problema di questa struttura, si trovano ovunque.

Petit dejeuner simple mais tres correct. Proche du mont Batur. Personnel discret mais tres efficace. La source d'eau chaude pour chaque chambre.

On peut commander des repas mais ils arrivent froids car pas prepares sur place.

Charmant et reposant

A quatre nous occupions 2 charmantes maisonnettes côte à côte. On a beaucoup aimé les bassins d'eau chaude en plein air. Après une journée d'exploration et de balade c'est génial et reposant ! On a aussi apprécié la rencontre avec la propriétaire le soir autour d'un feu de bois. Emplacement calme par rapport au trafic du village assez touristique.

Pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Rien pour accrocher les vêtements, ni dans la salle d'eau ( en plein air) ni dans la chambre.

Zážitek pod horou Batur

Chatičky jsou celé z bambusu, v noci posloucháte zvuky džungle (a také hlučné sousedy). Vše je Velmi čisté a dostačující pro přespání. Venku je u každé chaty venkovní bazén s horkou vodou. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Zajistil nám průvodce na sopku.

Koupelna je venkovní se studenou vodou. Je znát, že vybavení už leccos pamatuje.
