I arrived when it was already dark and I had to call someone to help me find the place (not a bad thing, just a warning).

Overall it was a good experience

Tent was very nice, spacious and bathroom is open space very beautiful. Hot tub is a good addition to the place. If you want to go to a sunset tour Rata is the best option.

Have in mind that Grab is not working here and the flies are really annoying.

All an experience, nice to experince glamping and was fine for a night

Location to mountain

It was well thought out with the glamping idea, however with just a fan in the heat of the day in a tent, flies and ants bugs in bathroom, for the price might as well get a aircon room, I was suppose to be here 2 nights but made a mistake in bookings so was only one night, glad for that. Facilities are fine it’s a cool idea, just remember you are camping in a tent, be awesome if you could open the doors for airflow but flies during the day, they sleep at night, but still was other wee things I noticed on the bed, I didn’t really enjoy my stay tbh was awoken also 3.30 with the tours going up for sunrise trek, noisy as, I got up at 7.30 and hiked up in my own,1hr30 up, 40mins running down, hardly a soul up there and coming down saw no one,

Nice views and tents were spectacular

It was great value for money, the view and the outdoor bathroom were highlights as was the private hot tub.

Not their fault at all - but be prepared for the flies! Some milk or creamer for the coffee would be great (I would be happy to pay extra). Bicycles to get around would allow people to stay longer and enjoy the area. Information translated for the staff and guests would help as none of the staff spoke much English and communication was very challenging. Need a better process for ordering breakfast (perhaps online request option).

Amazing glamping experience with volcano views

We will definitely be back to Desa Air. We loved the thermal bath in our garden with views of the volcano, we used it twice. The bed was so comfortable and we were walking distance to the lake to watch sunrise. Loved the Nutella toastie and French press coffee we got for included breakfast. Thank you for welcoming us to this magical place

No glam in this glamping.

The property is in a good position. Easy to walk to restaurants and explore the lake. Only four tents, each one with its own hot springs pool. The tent was very clean.

We did not have a good stay. The water in our shower and sink kept going off and the hot springs pool was leaking. The staff did not really care so we stuffed the plug hole full of tissue to get the water to stay in. The next day we asked to move for our second night and were told that was ok but we couldn’t use the shower or pool in the morning until we checked out so they could mend it for the next guests. They made no effort to accommodate us so we could move, cleaning the room we were leaving first. We had to wait until mid afternoon to get into our new tent. We had to use the hot springs at another venue and when we came back at 3pm, soaking because it was pouring with rain, we had no towels, the excuse being that it was raining. They finally arrived at 4pm. We decided to leave. Breakfast was a peanut butter and Nutella toastie. Flies are horrendous especially in the outside bathroom. No fly spray provided, we had to go and buy some. Also nowhere to hang your wet stuff to drip/ dry after being in the pool. This place has the potential to be great but it was not our experience at all. We were made to feel like a nuisance. I have had much better glamping experiences in Bali for less money.

Great little gambling hotel

Really nice place. We loved it. Very clean and the staff are very helpful

The only thing that it was annoying was the shower, not enough water coming through and not hot enough ( it gets cold in Mt Batur). Apart from that, we had an amaxing stay and the place is very nice

Personal spricht kaum Englisch, Frühstück ist mäßig, liegt direkt neben der Straße, ab 3 Uhr morgens ist es sehr laut weil Jeeps und Roller auf dem Weg zum Mount Batur vorbeifahren

Vriendelijke jongens die alles eraan doen om een fantastisch verblijf te geven. Boek via de accommodatie de Mount Batur toer en het zal je niet teleurstellen. Nette accommodatie erg schoon. Geniet vooral van de natuurlijke hotspring.

We hadden gegeten in het restaurant van de glamping maar de porties zijn wat klein.

Glamping im Grünen nahe des Batur-Sees

Sehr liebevoll und aufwendig gestaltetes Gelände mit großzügigem Zelt, bequemen großen Bett und schönem großen Außenbad. Die Familie vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sprachbarrieren lassen sich mit Google-Übersetzer etc. umgehen. Katzen und Hunde der Familie schauen ab und zu vorbei.

Lage etwas abseits, nicht direkt am See. Der „Hot Springs“-Pool wird über 2 Zuleitungen befüllt, das Wasser ist allerdings nur warm, nicht heiß. In der Gegend gibt es leider sehr viele Fliegen, damit muss man sich arrangieren. Es wäre schön, wenn man Hilfsmittel wie Fliegenklatsche o. ä. gestellt bekäme. Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein (Obst oder Saft z. B.)

Très belle expérience avec des enfants !

Nous étions très heureux de séjourner sous la tente une nuit avec nos 4 enfants qui ont beaucoup apprécié le bain chaud devant la tente ! Le personnel est très sympa et les tentes confortables avec une belle salle de bain extérieure ! Le jardin est bien entretenu est c’est très agréable d’y séjourner ! Nous avons trouvé que le lieu était mieux que ce que l’on avait perçu sur les photos, super rapport qualité prix ( sauf pour l’extra bed cher payé).

Il y a beaucoup de mouches le matin … mais vraiment beaucoup beaucoup … pour cette raison, nous étions contents de rester qu’une seule nuit ( sinon on aurait bien prolongé) ! Par ailleurs, le petit dej est bon mais pas énormément de choix. Par ailleurs, il faut être véhiculé pour visiter les sites aux alentours !

Heel aardig personeel, hebben hier ook heerlijk gegeten. Hele mooie wandeling naar Mount Batur gemaakt. Heerlijke hotspring.

Nadeel is het geluid van verkeer in de nacht voor de start naar Mount Batur.

Heerlijke plek, prachtig uitzicht op de Mt Batur met Spa!

De ligging is ideaal voor een trekking naar de Mt Batur, echt een aanrader vooral met Rata als gids!. Na de trekking kun je voldaan en heerlijk relaxen en je spieren laten herstellen in je eigen bron.

De begeleiding laat te wensen over. Chris en zijn maatje (komen van Timor) verzorgen de incheck en het ontbijt en zijn je aanspreekpunt. Dat laatste is heel lastig want ze spreken nauwelijks engels. Ik heb ze dan ook door onze chauffeur, die ons kwam halen voor de volgende locatie, laten uitleggen dat ze zouden moeten investeren in hun Engelse spreekvaardigheid en een hospitality training zouden kunnen gebruiken.

Ein Erlebnis welches ich nicht missen möchte

Eine kleine Wohlfühloase, mit dem Luxus eines eigenen hot spring. Leider spricht das Personal welches sehr freundlich ist kein Englisch was die Kommunikation etwas anstrengend gestaltet. Ein Freiluft Thermalbad ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

젝원들 친절하고 좋음 개인 온천 자쿠지는 좋지만 물이 미지근... 다른곳도 마찬가지일 듯 물을 빼면서 체우면 그나마 온도 유지할수 있음 아침식사는 별로였고 그냥 다른곳에서 사먹음 이 지역에 파리가 많은건 어쩔수 없는듯 밖에서 음식을 잘대 못먹을 정도로 많음 저녁때 모두 사라짐
