The view , the calm of the property.

The pictures did not correspond to the place as they put all the villas but villas might be quite different from one another . However when we indicated that it was different they offered us another villa which was really appreciated .

Lovely staff, great food and massage Great bed and looks of hotel and bathroom.

The river makes a lot of noise in the night, its an open house with curtains. I didn't get the view I thought i would get for the money.

Very nice and helpful staff. Villa was really nice overlooking the river. They have scooters available for rent. The breakfast was nice too

The view from the property is incredible! So much beautiful greenery and the gushing rivers. The property also had a private pool which looked out towards this view, so was very romantic. We also like the concept of the bamboo huts. The staff were extremely kind and friendly and willing to help with everything - thank you so much!

Whilst the bamboo huts are lovely, I think there are a couple of issues. The design of the huts means doors/windows do not close completely, which means there is room for critters/mosquitos to come in (which is a high possibility, given the location); not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but worth noting (there’s a good mosquito net around the bed though, so not a big issue). We also had the issue that the front door leading to our property was broken and since you can’t lock the doors from the outside (you can from the inside), technically anyone could have come in while we were not there (and there is also no safe). If this were to be fixed, which I believe could be done fairly easily, then that would definitely make this property more attractive. Vegetarian food options at the restaurant are limited and other restaurants are far away, so definitely more recommended if you have a scooter.

The staff was very friendly and tried to solve the problems we’ve had.

We stayed in one of the bamboo suites. The suite looked nice and had a terrace with a view. Unfortunately the suite had no windows and was located next to a cascade. It was so loud we weren’t able to sit on the terrace and enjoy nature or have a conversation as we couldn’t understand each other. We measured the decibels and it went up to 70 decibels. As loud as a hairdryer that was turned on non-stop. We mentioned this and asked for another suite. They said they didn’t have one available and they would see what they could do the next morning. We didn’t sleep at all that night due to the noise. The next day they said they were sorry but didn’t have another room for us. We were looking to go somewhere else as this was absolutely not doable and then suddenly there was another suite available. Two suites down. The last one in a row of three suites. We were very happy with this solution and the noise was a little less over there. We were able to sleep with earplugs. Too bad that this suite didn’t have warm water. They tried to fix the boiler but weren’t able to the same day. The day after they fixed it so my friend was able to take a warm shower but when it was my turn the boiler didn’t work anymore. They came down to the suite and tried to fix it again but weren’t able to. I asked if I could take a shower somewhere else. They let me take a shower in another suite. The breakfast tasted nice but the portions are small. I ate one pancake and a few pieces of fruit. The next day I asked for 2 pancakes but only got 1. The last day I asked if I could have some scrambled egg with the pancake but this would have been an extra charge. To get to the bottom suites you have to go down a very steep staircase. It’s a workout to get back up!

La tranquilidad del lugar.

Precio elevado para las condiciones. Después de estar viajando un mes y medio por indonesia , hemos estado en lugares encantadores y muy parecidos a este pero por un tercio del precio que hemos pagado aquí. Le faltaban bastantes detalles , como por ejemplo un boiler de agua del baño más grande , puesto que si vas en noviembre y hace fresquito , no tienes agua caliente sufficiente para dos persona , Luego Hay una bañera , muy bonita pero no puedes llenarla de agua caliente puesto que no hay. En caso de que llueva el váter te mojas , no esta cubierto. La cabaña muy bonita pero no es totalmente cerrada , muchsisisisimos insectos puesto que abajo pasa un río.. Luego el detalle que te dicen que tienes restaurante y solo hicimos el desayuno que era Básico pero bien . Porque luego cenar ,dos veces que intentamos NO HABIA NADIE , TODO ESTABA CERRADO.. Por suerte teníamos scooter y todos nuestros días fuimos al mismo warung muy rico por cierto apenas a 300m se llama "warung Hokky", muy recomendable , por si os pasa como a nosotros . El personal muy amable y risueño pero poco poco inglés para poder hacerle ningún tipo de consulta , pero bueno encantadores , ellos lo mejorcito. En conclusión sitio muy muy bonito y tranquilo PERO FALTAN VARIAS COSAS ESENCIALES POR ESE PRECIO! el exterior pues si una piscinita privada bien pequeñita pero linda. No volvería , fin que cambiasen varias cositas .

Die Bambushäuser waren schon etwas außergewöhnliches und auch der Flair mitten im Dschungel war sehr schön. Man konnte auch direkt über den Fluss zu den Reisfeldern gehen.

Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Man ist wirklich sehr abseits gelegen. Es gibt zwar einen Rollerverleih aber nach Sideman hat man oft 20 Minuten gebraucht, da auf der kleinen Straße unglaublich viele überladene Trucks unterwegs waren, was noch dazu ziemlich gefährlich ist als Rollerfahrer. Wir hatten die Suite gebucht, die direkt am Fluss gelegen ist. Da es meisten Nachmittag geregnet hat, wure der Bach eher zu einem reißenden Fluss und ist in der Nacht wirklich sehr laut. Die Suite ist noch dazu komplett offen, was man auf den Bildern meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich erkennen kann. Nur die etwas teureren Bambushäuser haben vorne ein Fenster mit Türe. Noch dazu war der Hotelier Made wirklich sehr anstrengend, da er uns ständig Ausflüge andrehen wollte. Wenn wir mit dem Roller los sind ist er auch ständig rausgerannt und hat gefragt wo wir hinfahren, um den Leuten ein Foto von uns zu schicken und mitzuteilen, dass er uns geschickt hat.
