Nice place and nice view of Batur lake.
Too many annoying flies cannot neither eat outside without being assaulted. Also some waterpark tool was not working.
F&b can be better but overall it’s the best in the area

Hot springs, nice staff, comfortable place, bonfire in the evening, slides for child. Everything was wonderful. We will come back with pleasure. Not expensive food

was right at the bottom oh mount batur and he nice swimming pool.
hot springs were not so hot, most of the slides were closed. we had half board and the options were extremely limited.
