Stunning local accommodation with and authentic vibe

The location was lovely as was the decor for that authentic local feel.

I completely did not realize how many flights of stairs there was to drag my suitcase up. The young guy who showed me into the apartment did not even offer to help. The TV looks like a very small computer in the corner so we did not bother. A few toiletries like shampoo and conditioner would have been helpful.

Excellent place to visit Valencia without feeling to be but a tourist.

Truly excellent place to visit Valencia, spacious and ventilated appartment, located on the 4th floor in a typical and quiet street, a three minutes walk from the Botanical Garden if one needs a place to relax in the shadow of palms. The communication with the host and the wealth of information provided was excellent. Having been in Valencia for a conference, there was no time to make use of all the amenities of the place, so that I must come back to enjoy more fully what Appartement Elsa Valencia has to offer.

City break in Valencia

Location of apartment is very convenient, on a quite street but not far to walk to the old town. The apartment feels spacious and the terrace is a nice place to relax. 'La Placita' is a nice local cafe to eat and drink, it is located a few minutes walk from the apartment in Plaza de San Sebastian. They do nice breakfasts and some tapas dishes in the evening.

Just to be aware that the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment may be difficult for anyone who has mobility or fitness issues. You quickly recover from that though when you get to the apartment!

Perfect place to stay, great location and friendly and helpful host

We had an amazing experience staying at Elsa's apartment. The location was perfect, with the center and the public transport within walking distance. The neighbourhood had a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay really enjoyable. The apartment itself was amazing! Everything was super clean and tidy and it had a very calming vibe. It had everything we needed. Elsa was an incredible host. She was extremely kind, helpful and was a great communicator. We would highly recommend to stay here. It was definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed at and we would love to stay here again in the future. Overall, we would rate it 10/10!

Contented Traveler.

Very conveniently located. Everything that was needed was provided. Note that if you choose, as we did, a courtyard balcony, there is only one and it's a 5 flight walk up. There is also a walk out balcony in the front. Communications with Elsa were prompt and easy. Being an older woman,, at this point, I'd choose a lower floor.

Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento molto bello, curato nei minimi particolari. Perfetto per quattro persone, cucina con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. Luminoso e pulitissimo. Anche la posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi e per raggiungere il parco Turia in bici o con i mezzi pubblici.

Niente! Tutto bene, va solo ricordato che è un quarto piano senza ascensore e quindi non adatto a chi ha mobilità ridotta.

Fort agréable dans un appartement très pratique

L'appartement est fort bien situé (surtout avec le supermarché presqu'en face) puisqu'à moins de 10 minutes de marche du centre ville. Les chambres sont sapcieuses ainsi que le living et l'ensemble était fort propre. La cuisine est bien équipée (même si l'ajout d'un grille-pain serait appréciable).

Pour un mois de décembre "encore chaud" (17°c), il faisait déjà froid le soir dans toutes les pièces dont le living qui est sous toiture (surtout si on entend la demande de ne pas laisser brancher les radiateurs électriques toute la journée). Et, dans la salle de bain, comme le radiateur disponible dans le couloir ne savait pas y être branché (à cause de sa fiche électrique)... Un petit chauffage infrarouge serait vraiment pratique, efficace, et performant tout en étant sobre s'il est sur minuterie par exemple.

Fantastische uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Valencia.

Het voelt gewoon echt als “je thuis” in de paar dagen dat je er bent. Het is fijn om je eigen ontbijt te kunnen maken en om tussendoor of aan het einde van de dag even te kunnen chillen zonder dat je op je hotelbed hangt. Het appartement is compleet ingericht, alles is schoon en de supermarkt is in de straat (of op zondag twee straten verder). Fijne douche. Ook een ideale locatie want je bent zo in de oude stad of bij de metro of een fietsverhuurder, maar ‘‘s nachts is het rustig.

Vier hoog zonder lift is een flinke klim, vooral met al je bagage. Daar moet je rekening mee houden. Er is geen vaatwasser, maakt mij niet uit want wat is nu de moeite om even een paar bordjes af te wassen, maar ook dit is iets om rekening mee te houden.

No se nos pidió la documentación identificativa ( DNI) y tampoco la vivienda aparece con los rótulos de vivienda vacacional legalizada, ni placa, ni número, etc. El precio nos parece algo alto por no tener ascensor. Camas algo incómodas y almohadas muy duras. Televisión minúscula sin conexión a antena ( sólo como smart tv)

Héérlijk appartement op een geweldige lokatie in Valencia. Ik wil terug..

Ik had een vroege vlucht waardoor ik nog niet kon inchecken vanwege de schoonmaak. Het was echter geen probleem om mijn bagage alvast in het appartement neer te zetten en later terug te komen. Het contact met Elsa was super; ik heb me heel erg welkom gevoeld.
