Phenomenal view, difficult location

The view from the room was INCREDIBLE. 180 degree view of the sea. So peaceful. It was away from the chaos of the island. If you're looking for a base and to explore very locally, this is a great spot. Restaurant downstairs, very easy to access.

Weird one to start with, but the towels suck. They're made from synthetic fabrics, like polyester, so it was bizarre drying yourself with them. They wouldn't even absorb the water. The accommodation is also located in an awkward location. There are incredibly steep and windy roads you need to navigate to reach it. This is fine if you book a cab or are a confident rider on a motorbike. I was by myself, so a taxi was going to be about 500 thb one-way, so this wasn't good for me as I was needing to meet friends in town. I rented a bike as it was cheaper. If there's more of you, getting a cab isn't too bad.

Staff - Lady was rude and difficult to deal with at times. Shower - Shower was really cheap and weak and broke during our stay Room is not cleaned at all daily only after we leave so no fresh towels, soaps or sheets

Location is beautiful. Lovely beach and amazing views.

Rats and cockroaches in rooms. Windows don’t lock. Asked for money back. Owner became aggressive and pretended to cry. Threatened to call the police. Attached photos of rat droppings and damage done by rats. Stay here at your own risk.

It was not what we expected but a good view from the room

The view is amazing

It was not clean, actually my partner finished cleaning the mirror in the toilet and a few spots. The lady in the reception was always angry, even when we asked for paper or towels was always like we were doing something wrong and she was giving us a favour. We made the mistake of paying 10 nights in advance, probably is a place for one or two nights for the view

Location was perfect with private beach and the view was perfect however, was just how dirty the bungalows were and how

I loved our view from the balcony which was facing the sea.

There were so many ants, bugs and spiders in our bungalow. The doors there were gaps in for bugs to get in and our bed and floor has dust all over. The woman from the restaurant when she shown us where our room was she then noticed the ants and started cleaning when we was in the room. It wasn’t organised and the woman at the reception/restaurant area had some sort of weird attitude against everyone. Location was good however was on other side of mountain so taxis were hard to get and expensive. No restaurants near the location either.

Beautiful view from the balcony. The beach was okay but very good snorkeling (free to borrow snorkeling gear from hotel) Would recommend renting a motorcycle to get around the island easily and cheap.

No flushing mechanism on the toilet, you had to use a scoop and bucket. But for the price per night it is barely worth mentioning.

an expensive nightmare!

location & view from the room

it was dirty and the interior was really really poor. on top the place has a hudge problem with an pillar invasion which are venomous! you have to wear shoes all the time so you don‘t step on them. because of the poor interior the caterpillars could find their way into the bungalow even all doors and windows were closed. the bed sheet und the pillow covers were dirty. they obviously did not wash them. instead they used fragrance spray for it. the blanket did not even have a cover and on it I found worms!!! the light in the bathroom was so weak, that you could not really see yourself. in the fridge I found a dirty plate. the best of it all is yet to come: there is an older man living on the property. most probably a family member of the owners. at 04:00 a.m. he startet screaming in thai language for about 15‘. after stopping for 30‘ he startet again. on the next day I could see him peeing on the property while he was screaming again.

Beautiful quiet setting away from the tourist trap.

Beautiful place to watch the sunset and hear the ocean against the rocks. The lady who runs the place is a great cook and was very helpful and friendly.

Das einzige positive war die Aussicht.

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich. In den 4 Nächten wurde kein Zimmer service gemacht. Im Bungalow gibt es nicht mal Möbel außer Bett. In der ersten Nacht war der Besitzer besoffen hat in der ganzen Anlage rumgeschriehen.

Die Lage ist erstklassig in einer ruhigen Bucht. Es gibt zwar viele Tagesbesucher, vor allem gegen Sonnenuntergang, aber es ist trotzdem sehr entspannt.

Der Bungalow selbst wirkte nur minimal gereinigt und hatte kein Mueckennetz, zum Glueck gabs aber kaum Muecken. Muell wurde in einer Woche nicht geleert, man musste immer alles ans Restaurant stellen und nach ner neuen Muelltuete fragen

La ubicación es mala , está alejado y hay mucha pendiente para llegar, el servicio malísimo, la dueña tiene un taxi y te ofrece servicio de taxi por 400 baths, para un trayecto de 10 min en coche. No cambiaron ni sábanas en los seis días que estuvimos, ni bolsas de basura, ni papel higiénico. Nada recomendable

Correcto y con encanto

Las vistas desde la habitación son increíbles. Debes asumir que vas a un sitio cutre, pero tiene cierto encanto y la playa en la que está es preciosa, aunque de baño complicado.

Para llegar al apartamento hay que hacer trekking y de noche nos perdimos. Deberían poner iluminación

Buenas vistas pero poca higiene

Las vistas del balcón y la playa cerca.

No es un acceso muy fácil, el wifi en las zonas comunes es solo en el restaurante. El balcón era compartido con otro bungalow. La cama estaba llena de bichos de la madera y se llenaba de sus detritos cada día. Parecía que no tenía un colchón normal, no tenía sábanas normales. No había mosquitera, lo que hacía con que no se pudiese abrir las ventanas o puertas y por la noche, aunque con el ventilador encendido, hacía más calor dentro que fuera. La habitación se llenó de hormigas y otros insectos en un par de días y no había comida dentro y las puertas y ventanas estaban siempre cerradas. Hay una chica simpática pero hay otra poco amable.

Très décevant

La cuisine du restaurant était bonne

C’est la première fois en trois semaines de voyage que nous tombons sur un hébergement aussi décevant. 30 minutes avant le check-in, nous avons reçu un message nous indiquant qu’il n’y aurait plus de chambre pour nous. Finalement, à notre arrivée, sans qu’on n’en discute, on nous a remis les clés. Bien que la vue sur la mer soit incroyable et que les draps soient propres, le bungalow lui-même est à rénover : le sol en bois présente de nombreux trous entre les planches, laissant entrer de nombreux insectes, et il y a un espace entre la porte et son cadre. Il n'y a également pas d'eau chaude (pas grave au vue de la chaleur mais ce serait quand même bien de le préciser). L’attitude vraiment désagréable de la personne à la réception (qui gère aussi le restaurant) vient entacher notre expérience.

Schnorcheln war sehr schön in der Bucht. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Das 2. Bett hatte gar kein Bettlaken. Ich musste selbst ein Tuch als Bettlaken nutzen und ein Sarong als Decke. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Sehr abseits.
