Very good location, with a mix of the quiter side of koh tao and activity. Beach is very close and the view from the bungalows are amazing.

Cannot recommend enough. Our bungalow was higher up, not an issue at all, you are away from road noise and can hear only birds. Very clean, lovely staff, chilling on the deck with hammock was perfection

The view from the room is just incredible. It’s quite far from the center but very quiet and pretty. There are many stairs so beware

Rooms look VERY different to the pictures. What looks spacious, bright and comfortable from the images online looks nothing like the room we stayed in. Advertised on the website that there was AC but there wasn't, only a fan. We wouldn't have booked here had we known that. The beds were also ROCK hard, I'm not even joking this was the hardest thing I've ever slept on. We asked the man at the front desk if another room with a softer bed was available - no. So we asked for more padding or blankets, but even with those it felt like we were sleeping on wood. I even peeled back the sheets to see if it was even a mattress. Terrible sleep for 5 nights being incredibly hot as the room is a boxed in sauna with little ventilation and a loud fan blowing on you. You also only get a thin blanket to cover you up, not an actual blanket like what's shown in the images online. Our room was also at the top of the hill that the resort is on, so 6+ flights of stairs to get to our room every day. They did offer to clean our room every day and supplied toilet paper, but no soap so we had to buy our own. The resort also had free shuttles to and from the port which was helpful, as the villa is at the south part of the island. Lastly, snorkel rentals here are $200 baht/day but at the beach they're $100 baht, so if you want to save a little money just rent them once you get to the beach.
