Great place to stay. Will be back.

Well positioned for our visit to Lancaster. Very well equipped. Nice and comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Well heated for the winter.

TV remote did not work properly. Small old TV. A shelf in the bathroom would be nice. But nothing really, we liked it.

Ok if travelling alone but definitely not for families, kids were scared of prison like entryways

Location and self catering facilities were decent, everything at hand to make breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as washing machine (the laundry room was rusty, damp and somewhat claustrophobic)

Laundry room - dark, small and dingy. Bathroom- worn out grout Carpets were worn out with stains Floor was uneven in bathroom and bedrooms so much we could hear creaky floorboards The lobby area and pathway to rooms looked like an unused prison /army barracks.

In the summer with the windows open it is quite noisy in the night with the sound of vehicles on the road. The bathroom doesn’t have an extractor and so can tend to feel damp. One of the single beds is a bit creaky.

Lovely stay overall. Could be made better with small changes

Information provided before check in by host was really good and made accessing the property straightforward. When we had an issue with the parking, the host was really helpful and resolved this quickly which was appreciated. Apartment was well equipped apart from a few things mentioned below.

Fire alarm went off at 3am and we had to evacuate which isn't the hosts fault but was frustrating. Had to wait for a resident in the building to contact the building manager to disable alarms once fire service had checked it out as the hosts do not live local. Parking space was taken on arrival which meant we had to contact the host. They did sort it out promptly though. Would of had to incur additional parking charges had it not been sorted but wasn't ideal when we arrived so late. Washing machine needs a clean as put black mould stains and ruined clothes when used the dryer. Kitchen could do with some additions- kitchen roll, foil, a sieve, baking trays. Made cooking a bit tricky. Also living room small windows could do with curtains for when using the sofa bed. One of our party complained it was too light when sleeping in there due to lack of curtains. Address wasn't picked up on maps. (Google.maps links disabled on email provided ahead of checkin). Took a bit of time to find it. Searched dynamite living from email signature and this worked.

The apartment was ideally located for our weekend stay in Lancaster.

The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I liked the extra touches provided by the hosts such as tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.

The apartment was generally in good order but the blinds in the twin bedded room were broken and the toilet seat needed tightening. A shelf in the bathroom would have been useful too. Perhaps some plastic cups could also have been provided.

A good stay in Lancaster.

We liked the little extra's like Foil, ice cubes, salt and Pepper mills, fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods. Tea bags, UHT milk sachets, sugar.

Rusty oven grill rack and one chipped plate. Could have done with a Pouffe to raise my legs while watching the Tv, after a long day walking. There were no clothes hanger's in the wardrobes? No hair conditioner in Bathroom. No air conditioning .

Very clean, comfortable and relaxing stay

Loved the appartment, clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The balcony was a bonus as the weather was kind to us, so sitting watching the world go by was lovely. Location was great as we were visiting family in Morcambe.

We could'nt get a decent channal on the tv, had to watch on catch up, but we found thing to watch, it was'nt the end of the world! Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. (The grand national was on tv....we did'nt win 😒😂)

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Lancaster, walking distance from the town and the train station. The apartment is beautiful inside with nice furnishings and useful items in the kitchen. Particularly loved the sofas (a one seater, a two seater and a big three seater, great) and eating space (nice big table and benches). The beds were lovely and plenty of space to unpack into.

The lounge window can't be opened which didn't impact us in a practical sense, however it takes away from the overall atmosphere in the place which was otherwise very well cared for. We found it a bit tricky to lock and unlock the door but it does still work.

The hairdryer is a bit unreliable and the living room could do with a standing light, as there is in one of the other flats. This would improve the lighting options as a whole.

Big, clean, comfortable flat in a convenient location

it took us a while to work out how to get the key out of the door once we unlocked it as the key has to be in a horizontal position to come out of the door. I've never seen that before.

A little rearranging of pictures and things woudl make it look a lot more stylish. it was very cold when we arrived but warmed up well.

Great flat, less than satisfactory environment.

The flat itself was very nice; clean, comfortable and with good facilities. The parking was also very handy.

The building itself was a complete mess. It is clearly being refurbished/remodelled and it is like being on a building site. The issue is less the noise than the fact that the building is a mess and feels dilapidated. The bin store is also pretty grim with overflowing bins and recycling.

I would not come back especially due to the lack of hygiene and cleanliness.

During my reservation, I had asked for a baby coat, but when I entered the apartment very late in the evening, I didn't find it. After I sent a message to the host manager, he immediately replied and left a cradle outside my door.

The level of cleanliness of the apartment was very very poor. The toilet and WC as soon as I entered the apartment were dirty from excrement from previous residents. The cleanliness and maintenance of the walls in the bathroom were very inadequate with spots of dirty all over. The hoven in the kitchen was so dirty and greasy that was impossible to use for warming or cooking any food. One of the beds had a duvet with blood spots that it seemed were not cleaned or properly removed. The overall structure of the apartments is not great as it looks like a structure with ongoing maintenance and very very industrial. The rooms were very dark and with no proper wide windows.

Superb. Have stayed here several times and have always found the accommodation excellent. Convenient location for the city centre and the M6. Very comfortable beds, always sleep well. Ease of check in and check out, and secure parking all help to make things straightforward and convenient. Well equipped kitchen, lots of information provided on the local area. Highly recommend.

Not an easy access, too many codes. Not clean, hairs on bedding and stains, hairs on shower drain. No hand wash or clean kitchen sponge you rely on what previous guests have left behind. Mattress sinks in the middle. We felt like the price to quality was not balanced

An enjoyable stay in a well resourced spacious apartment next door to a Lidl.

Imaginatively decorated, loved the view and the unusual windows. Comfy furniture and spacious feel. Kitchen well stocked and great to have some basics already there eg tea/coffee/salt/pepper etc.

Beds felt flimsy and made a lot of noise when you turned over, especially one of the singles. Only enough hot water for one bath in the evening of our arrival. We used the boost after that which worked well. Couldn't get the drier to work unconnected to a wash cycle. Bathroom decor not up to standard of rest of apartment.

Great place within minutes of the town centre

Plenty of space in the apartment. Having an allocated parking space was fantastic too.

Would be an idea to have a rail on the wall at the the end of the bath to help getting in and out. My fellow travellers who were quite a bit taller were fine but not so much for shorter people.

Happy days at Bridge square apartments Lancaster.

The apartment was lovely. The bedding was brilliant. The duvet was exceptional as we're the pillows. If you read this Paul could you e mail me as to were we can purchase them.

The apartment is near a main road which was noisy. This was not a problem during the day as we had the tv on. We resolved this by sleeping in the back room which had twin beds. At the end of the day we are in a city not the middle of the countryside.
