House comfy and convenient for location.

Convenient as close to where we wanted to be and a short walk from Tom.

Quite damp. Nathroom very damp amd walls dripping with condensation and collecting in puddles on the floor, despite using extraction fan.Not a clean as it could have been. Microwave needed cleaning. Fridge stank of fried onions and i bleaching it out before using it. Cooker needed cleaning and dirty greasy tray left in oven. Bedroom units needed dusting and had items on them that had been left by previous guests. Damp smell lessened after we had been there a couple of days with the heating on.

This cottage is lovely and I would recommend it.

The fact that they helped us out after Booking.com messed our holiday up. The accommodation was cosy and nice to stay in.

Everything was fine. What made it difficult for us was that we had our grandchild with us and we had booked accommodation within walking distance to the beach on a holiday site with lots of facilities.

Relaxing oh so relaxing

Jayne met my guys just after 4pm to hand the keys over, the cottage was very clean and comfortable and easy access to to the university where we were working over the last 4 days. If we are in this area again I will be certainly trying to book the Cosy Cottage again.

Great little home from home

The property was og great walking distance from the city centre, we were able to catch up with old friends and family in our own space.

I understand that the houses are small terraced buildings and space is utilised as best, but having a bathroom upstairs would have been more comfortable.

Good quiet location in a clean property with comfy beds and good facilities, perfect for our needs.

Perfect location within easy walking distance of centre and local shops. Some have complained about the walk back up the hill but four us in our mid 60's had no problem! No hassle arrival and exit. Thanks to Daniel for waiting so patiently to let us in when we arrived later than planned.

A lock on the bathroom door would be good for obvious reasons!

Great location, poor internet and bathroom issue. Overall Good but can improve!

Location was great. Also like the Living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The internet was not good at all! We had to reconnect every 10 to 15 minutes and the kitchen missed more utensils .

After having a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet and messy, due to the vapor condensation in one wall and ended up messing the floor with water. Bathroom floor was always wet and messy and we only had a mop. The stairs to the rooms are very steep so be careful with elders.

The property met our needs really well for a weekend stay in Lancaster. Jayne is an excellent host with good communication

Nice and relaxing.

I love Lancaster and the street I was in is an old street, the house was lovely, and from the front door looking down the street the view was lovely, The house was perfect, had everything you needed, plus tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a loaf of bread was provided, which was nice. Beds were really comfortable and clean. I would book it again.

The massive hill the street was on. My husbands disabled,and the incline was so bad he caught his legs in the car door as it was trying to close on him. Its the only downside, so not the owners fault.

Staff was very friendly, we were provided with an ample supply of food that was pleasantly unexpected. The beds were very comfortable, WiFi was good, overall atmosphere was very nice.

Kitchen utensils were dirty and required cleaning before use. Central heating system was unintuitive to use and seemed inconsistent in practise.
