The property was clean and cheerful
Brilliantly located
Comfortable, the teen esp enjoyed the fluffy blankets on the sofas
Well appointed, nice towels and bed linen and crockery etc
Loved the really generous package of tea, bread, fruit bowl, butter, jam, biscuits etc
Mattress was a bit too squashy for us
The parking to the rear was very full, we had to try and park on nearby restricted street and move the car a few times, not too inconvenient for us

Lots of space and really close to the city centre. Lovely touch to have bread and jam for a quick breakfast.
Parking rules were a bit tricky to work out but not the fault of the accommodation.

Mattresses need replacing, taps are all loose, shower was either burning hot or very cold. Toilet seat loose.

The beds and bedding were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the house was warm . Nice touches such as fruit, bread and warm blankets on the sofas. Ideal location for the city and river walks, we didn’t need the car at all.
Decoration was a little tired, front door wouldn’t shut unless you locked it, other doors didn’t close properly, uneven flooring downstairs, it felt a bit neglected and unfinished.
