A great location from which to explore town. It was nice to come back after a full day and relax here. The laundry service around the corner (and connected to this property) was really useful to have. The staff were all really friendly :)
The couch is not the most comfortable but is still a good size. Just be aware there are no windows as such but there are two skylights and it felt private and fine for us.

This was the perfect place to stay during our trip to take our son to start his first year at Lancaster University. Just a short walk from the train station and the town. The apartment is stocked perfectly with everything you need to prepare meals. Super comfortable and the hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating for any requests. Highly recommend - we will absolutely stay here again for future visits.
The outside (shared) recycle bin is so small that ultimately we had to put all of our trash including recycling in the main trash bin. But I suspect this is what is provided by the city. I have no meaningful complaints - we loved this apartment!

A bit stuffy
No windows, poor ventilation and customer not inform during booking that summer is a bit challenging especially for foreigner that do not understand the UK weather and situation on certain building. Only found a fan hiding underneath the staircase storage. A bit pppr customer service.
