Great location, very central and handy for the train and bus stations. First impression was the flat seemed quite modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable and it was generally quite quiet despite being in the middle of town. The flat felt very light and fairly spacious
Needs someone to go round with a screwdriver doing a bit of maintenance, e.g the entry door, slightly floppy lack shelves, loose toilet seat, shower riser that came apart easily. Kitchen itself is small but ok, it needs a tin opener, a few worn and broken pans should be replaced. These are minor complaints though. We stayed a week, 4 coffee sachets and 2 dishwasher tablets seemed a little restricted

Property was so clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Quiet location and central to the train station, city shops and bus stop to the university
I liked the fact it was small and the pull down bed worked perfectly but some might have a reason for not liking that.

The location is fantastic and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The flat has an incredibly spacious dining room and a good kitchen, although we didn’t need to cook anything in it. It’s also handy that it has a washing machine and dishwasher, for those that need them.
The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze.
You can hear people moving in the flat upstairs. This wasn’t generally a problem but it did mean I was woken up earlier than planned.
