Spacious accommodation for a staycation in Lancaster

Location, just a few minutes walk from Bus Station which provided an excellent service locally and to places like Windemere. £2 for a single trip - free if you had a UK Senior Citizen card. Easy river walk just opposite the apartment Lidl's and Sainsbury's just minutes away from apartment.

Excellent location, within walking distance of city centre, and Lidl located just outside the block. Canal path just across the road where we enjoyed some leisurely walks.

Great apartment near the bus station and the city centre

We loved everything at the apartment: it was very clean, very well equipped, perfect for the two of us, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is allowed us to walk downtown in 10 minutes. The place itself is a bit "industrial" but we always felt safe and the LIDL supermarket right next door was a great bonus the first day. Saintsbury's is only 5 minutes away and so is the bus station. If we need to visit Lancaster University again, we will definitely try to book the apartment again before we look for anything else. Great space.

Nothing really. All was perfect for us and the owners super responsive. Nothing negative to say. If I could suggest anything it would be to specify that there is in fact a washing machine and a hair dryer in the apartment. It might be an extra plus.

Great cute place for family of 4-5.

The apartment is very nice,comfortable and have all the basic stuffs for family travel. The utensils and kitchen appliances stove oven microwave kettle were working well. there were also coffee tea sugar salt and herbs spices in the kitchen available for consumption which was very much appreciated. excellent service. water and apartment heater was set at a great temperature to keep us warm and satisfied.

the washing machine though was not working well. Or not that user friendly as we find it difficult to use.

.. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with all u need... And the location is nearby Pizza hut and supermarket in case u need to buy any thing

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and both bathrooms were lovely.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. A new mattress with a bit more substance required. Signal on the TV was poor and only half channels were available. If you're going to provide a TV box have it attached to some subscription otherwise pointless.

The location

I didn't like the decoration.There are too many things to touch up, too many old things. They share their taste for animal heads. This is not to everyone’s taste.washing machine. Vacuum cleaner to review. Carpet was really dirty No practical manual

Great base to explore the NW

Well equipped apartment, pleasant view of priory & R Lune, excellent location for excursions by car (and bus to Morecambe), helpful owner. Quiet - even though on main road (bedrooms are interior of building) and there are some building works.

All the codes - to get into the car park, to get into the building. Only a ten minute walk into the centre, but it is across a lot of roads.

A relaxing holiday in a splendid apartment.

The location was great, only a short walk to city centre. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lidl was nearby also Farm foods ans Sainsbury's were also very near. We slept like logs. Very comfortable flat. Sofa was worthwhile after doing a lot of walking.Television is a good size. We want to return. Thanks indeed from Paul.

We would stay again as the apartment itself if a well decorated and looked after apartment.

The apartment once inside was very clean and well decorated. The host had left a number of condiments and cleaning products which was very useful.

There was some internal building works which surprised us when going to the apartment, and did look a bit unsafe. The workmen did start quite early on the Friday and Monday while we were there.

There is massive building works happening over the entire building which was noisy and dusty. We should have been forewarned about this before we agreed a booking.

Spotless clean, fab location and got everything you need for your stay. Great communication from hosts throughout. Highly recommend and we will return again. Cycle paths on doorstep are brilliant too, bike store on site.

Well located and comfortable abode

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable. Parking was easy and safe. Location was great - easy to get in and out of the city onto the M6, while just being a 10min walk into the city. there's a supermarket literally just around the corner where you can stock up with food/drink.

nothing significant that I didnt like. the building was having work done in the corridors while we were there but that didn't bother us too much.

Immaculate apartment in a central location

We've stayed in this apartment twice now and it is fabulous. The hosts are responsive and very helpful making sure we had all the information needed for our stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and two lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. It has a small balcony which can be a little noisy during the day as it faces the main road, but offers a lovely view of the city. Located close to shops and restaurants and with private, secure parking, it is an ideal base from which to explore the surroundings. It also has a decent television and satellite TV for those rainy days.
