Give this one a miss.

Had all the kitchen essentials.

Neither bedroom that was set up had heating. One had a wall heater that was broken. There were dead ants that had been sprayed and left, and the ants continued appearing during our stay. We were very cold, and finding a place to park on the first night was a nightmare.

Excellent stay in a fabulous apartment

The whole apartment was very clean, with everything we could need. It was in a good location with bus stops, metro, cafes & supermarket nearby.

Exceptional

Easy instructions to retrieve the keys from the lockboxes. Distance to the beach from the location as well as the city. Half way to the city from the airport and public transit bus stop near hotel.

Honestly nothing to complain about. 3 stair levels up, no elevator, never bad to get some steps in.

a fantastic, well equipped apartment - 100% recommendation!

The apartment was very spacious, just a €6 Uber from the centre of Malaga and was completely equipped. Victoria is a wonderful host who has thought of everything with extra towels and cosmetics (shampoo etc) in the apartment, and even left us a couple of beers. There is a churros bar within 10m of the apartment for breakfast/coffee and a shop and petrol station in 20m. Victoria was really nice and friendly and allowed us a late checkout which allowed us to make the most of the last day - we only had 2 days total so this made a huge difference! I felt like we got way more than we paid for this apartment and it was super comfortable - thank you for the amazing hospitality and kindness!

Everything was amazing about this property. There is no lift to the 3rd floor and it is a short Uber from the city, but these were all stated in the description so are in no way a “dislike”. However, the apartment is under 10 mins from the airport so is perfect when you’re checking in and out.

Very good

The apartment is very spacious and has everything one needs. In the kitchen you can find mostly everything you need for your stay. The location of the apartment is great! It has a bus station that goes to the city directly under the building. There is a big and cheap supermarket just in 2 minutes walking distance. The beach is just 10-15 minutes walking distance far away. The fridge is working great as well as the washing machine.

There is only an AC in the living room and its old and making a very loud noise, however its working and it cools the space if you tolerate the noise. Ther is no oven in the kitchen which would be practical for quick meals. Also the apartment is in the third floor so it would be difficult for someone older or with legs problem. It would be great to have some few extra clothespin for drying the clothes.

Very good

I really like the size of the apartment. We were family of 6 and fit into rooms were. Two adults and 4 kids age 7, 13, 15 and 16. The Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, even the washing maschine. The wifi was very good as well. No problem with check in, were good communication with the owner lady. The location of the apartment is about 20 min. by bus to the centrum. The bus stop is right in the front of the building. Across the street there is a supermarket. I chose this location because of the closenest of the misericordia beach which was super and max 10 min by walk. We love this beach and the specific atmosphere. We like beach volleyball and there were plenty of possibilities to play it.

The only inconvienience could be a noise from the main street especialy for those with a light sleep. You have to pull down the rollet blind and close the window in the night to eliminate the noise.

Apartment near to the beach, convenient location, close to local amenities. Clean, has all equipment needed. We were welcome by owner quite late in evening which we found very nice. Friendly owner, ready to help if needed. Free parking. We will recommend it.

Flat cold when electric heaters not on at this time of the year so after having spent a day out you'll come to a cold flat. But once heaters are switched on house warms quite quickly.

A comfortable and well located appartment

Appartment Victoria was very comfortable and spacious for the three of us. It was close to supermarkets and was well placed for getting around either on foot or by public transport.

Great location, good bus network. The beach very close - 10 mins walk. Comfortable beds.

The bath and the shower should be replaced. Leaking water from the toilet. Blinds were broken in two rooms. The dishwasher was broken. The beach towels are not really for the beach - very small. Missing bulbs at lights. The pictures of the apartment don't show how it looks in reality.

Pěkný městský byt v dobré oblasti

Snadná dostupnost z letiště linkou A. Blízko k moři a MHD do centra. Pro 6 lidí dostatečně velké. Klidný dům. Zařízené potřebnými věcmi k vaření.

Hned vedle rušné ulice, ale když se spustily dolů žaluzie, tak to bylo fajn. Parkování přes den ok, ale večer problém. Chyběla nám myčka nádobí.

3ro sin ascensor

Victoria es muy amable. Las camas eran cómodas.

Es un tercero sin ascensor, en las fotos parece más moderno, necesita una reforma. Las ventanas están obsoletas y el ruido de la calle es fatal, sobre todo para dormir. Además el frío se cuela por todas partes. No es un sitio al que volvería. Es económico, pero realmente para mí no vale la pena.

War ok aber nicht WOW.

Die Besitzerin Victoria war super nett und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke .

Die Möbel waren sehr alt für 7 Personen man konnte abends nicht zusammen einen Film schauen da das Sofa extrem klein ist und unbequem. Ameisen leider in Wohnzimmer und nur 1 Badezimmer für 7 Personen geht garnicht, für 4 Personen würde klappen aber für 7 keine Chance .

Pasable..

Es cómodo y grande. Hay calefacción en 3 de 4 habitaciones.

La zona es horrible, hay una barriada enfrente que tiene una pinta ultra peligrosa. No es muy fácil aparcar, no hay ascensor y es un tercer piso. La dueña no me dio la info para entrar hasta la misma mañana, lo cual nos supuso mucho estrés en el viaje pensando que nos quedábamos sin alojamiento.

Para repetir!!

Sin duda la hospitalidad de Victoria, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que se necesitara. Destacaría tambien la ubicación, a 10 minutos andando a la playa y con numerosos establecimientos muy cerca del piso, tanto supermercados, bares, comida para llevar e incluso 1 heladería de 10.

Por decir algo, que fuese un tercero sin ascensor y que sólo tenga un baño, nada que no se arregle con una buena organización. Además, al reservar el piso ya se ve clara esa información.

Cómodo y tranquilo.

No hay repisa en el baño. Éramos 4 personas y no pudimos dejar cómodamente utensilios ni productos de baño, pero a pesar de esto es muy recomendable el apartamento.

Singurul lucru pozitiv este că e un apartament mare.

Dezastru. Este un apartament vechi care nu este întreținut corespunzător. Cea mai mare problemă este că aerul condiționat este vechi, îmbâcsit și scoate un zgomot insuportabil în timpul funcționarii. Proprietara știe de problema și nu o rezolva. Altfel, etaj 3 fără lift, căldură insuportabila fără posibilitatea de a utiliza aerul condiționat, ventilatoare zgomotoase, paturi neconfortabile, mobila veche, degradata, scurgere cu problema la baie, mulți țânțari, plase de la geam rupte, curățenie îndoielnică, tigaie veche la bucătărie ce a lipit mâncarea, electrocasnice vechi. În 2 zile a sărit siguranță electrică de 3 ori. Cu alte cuvinte am luat teapa de 200 euro. De 3 ori nu!
