Spacious clean and comfortable stay lovely bed and hot water shower great location

Spaciousness apartment, comfortable beds, good air conditioning and wifi, lots of hot water for showers and plenty of toilet rolls large shower gel and shampoo. Good location 2minutes to bars and restaurants and mercadona. Sound proofing no noise heard at night from the road. El Corte Inglés shop short walk.Loved the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms would recommend

a large bottle of water in the fridge would have been welcome

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the stay. Close to the city center and free parking areas are near. Within 10 -15 min walk you are in downtown, Larios, train station, plenty dining spots around

Good location and facilities.

Apartment has good location, all the rooms are well organized and everything is near. Beds were amazingly comfortable. There is also a really good restaurant across the street where we dined twice! We had a good time.

Would be great if there were more bathroom hooks - it's not a bad thing, just a suggestion.

Nice apartment

The apartment is located about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, which for us was ok. There is a Mercadona supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean and equipped with air conditioning.

It would have been very useful to have some bags or containers with sugar and salt in the kitchen.

Nice apartment in the urban area.

Nice, well equipped apartment about 10-15 minutes walk from city center. Shop is 1 minute away, kebab, café as well very close. Ac and fridge was working well.

Bed was not comfortable, used by too many guests already.

Spacious and light. Easy access from road via lift or stairs. Lots of shops and cafes around. Bus stops nearby although we walked into the centre most of the time. Quiet at night.

Exceptional

The apartment we stayed in at the Maldonado Holidays Superior was excellent. So spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable for our family stay.. It is situated within walking distance of the city centre, and although it is in a busy street, there was no noise at all from the outside traffic. We were very impressed with this lovely apartment, and would definitely stay there when we are in Malaga again. I would definitely recommend it for it's superior quality.

Nice apartment in a good location

The apartment is in a good location and the balcony was a bonus, although it is on to a busy street with traffic. Beds were comfy and the welcome bottle of wine a nice touch Air con was great

With a bit more effort the apartment could be great. There is only one set of keys would be good to have 2 sets There were no cushions on the rattan furniture on the balcony making it uncomfortable, the photos show white cushions should have been there The main living room has a huge wardrobe in it and only one sofa, so we could not all sit together and relax, someone had to sit on a dining chair. There were 4 of us so the apartment was spacious and it was fine, for example only 4 chairs in the kitchen and only 4 wine glasses!!

Good location, friendly host.

Property location and space within the property.

It wasn’t as clean as I would of expected; cutlery drawer and fridge had food residue left in them. We bought some extra cleaning products and gave the kitchen an extra clean. Also under the living room cupboards we found some old food and a rusty spoon.

Wonderful place to stay, near the centre.

The apartment very close to the centre and main attractions. It is clean and pleasant. Comfortable beds, all kitchenware present, little space with washing machine to dry your clothes was a nice thing. 2 bathrooms are very comfortable for 4-6 people. There is a separate (4th) room with TV and table to spend time in together 😁 The air conditioning is in every room! You can choose from many pleaces too eat nearby. The restaurant Maldonado 21 is a great place with great staff - they do not speak English but it was easy to communicate anyway. Good prices for wonderful food. They received us even if we came 5 minutes before closing the kitchen. In the morning I recommend to eat in de la Mota since the restaurant opens later. Aldi and Lidl are close, other markets, closer to the apartment were unfortunately under construction but still - shops are nearby. Don't be surprised that bakeries and veggies market open after 10 am - it's worth to check them out.

We got half of the toilet paper roll in one toilet for 4 people :( Don't open the windows from the "patio" - there is a strange smell, like someone was cooking, idk. But with air conditioning and big fan on the ceiling it was not a big deal. Not sure if it was just a problem that we arrived at 11 pm, but it was very difficult to find a parking space. There are many free parking spots but all were taken. We parked 500 m from the apartment so it wasn't bad.

Lovely place in Malaga

Bardzo dobrze położone duże mieszkanie posiadające dwie łazienki, klimatyzacja. Wygodna winda. Odległości krótkiego spaceru od centrum. Po drugiej stronie ulicy bar z dobą kawą i kanapkami. Okolica zamieszkała raczej przez mieszkańców Malagi niż przez turystów. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Opuszczając zostawiliśmy omyłkowo bagaż i zatrzasnęliśmy drzwi. Kontakt i pomoc bez zwłoki, za to podwyższam ocenę. Dobre miejsce dla większej grupy. Polecam.

Klimatyzacja jest głośna, w nocy to trochę przeszkadza.

Séjour très agréable. Le logement était propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, calme et pratique pour se déplacer. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Alojamiento excepcional.

La ubicación, cerca del centro pero sin el agobio de estar en pleno centro, y además vives el ambiente del barrio, tienes cerca todos los comercios ( mercadona, corte inglés lidl, etc.) y restaurantes y bares; ademas si no quieres andar tienes una parada de autobús en la puerta. El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo, como se ve en las fotos.

No tengo ninguna queja. Solo unos consejos para que el alojamiento sea excelente. En las estancias largas, como era nuestro caso, se echa de menos que no hubiese más toallas, sin necesidad de pagar un suplemento ( que si entiendo que pueda pedirse para estancias cortas de 2 0 3 dias) y sugiero platos de postre.

Estancia llevadera

Lo mejor la ubicación. Cercana al centro pero más tranquila. El tamaño de la casa es muy amplio.

Ropa de cama sucia y muy deteriorada. Toallas muy pasadas. Sensación de viejas y muy pequeñas. Poco menaje de cocina. Faltaban cosas básicas como rollo servilletas, mantel, alguna sartén más y en mejor estado, kit (aceite, azúcar y sal).

l'appartement est spacieux idéal pour une famille de 5 ou 6 personnes, proche du centre de la ville.

Durant notre séjour, nous avons constaté l’apparition de deux petits cafards dans les toilettes, uniquement la nuit. Nous avons néanmoins remarqué qu’un effort avait été fait pour l’éradication, ce qui laisse penser que le problème est en cours de traitement.

La ubicación

El sistema de apertura de puertas. Nos dieron fallo cada vez que queríamos entrar tanto en el portal como en la puerta del apartamento, por lo que teníamos que llamar por teléfono para que nos abrieran en remoto. El sábado por la mañana salimos a pasear y a la hora, cuando quisimos entrar, no pudimos porque había un problema en el sistema. Hablamos con el dueño del apartamento y su solución fue la de esperar sin tiempo definido. Falta de empatía total y falta de solución al respecto.

Nos encantó todo, primeramente la ubicación genial, el piso todo impecable, limpio y las habitaciones perfectas, la cocina con todo lo necesario... en general simplemente EXCELENTE
