Nice, good value for money

This is one of the cheapest places me and my partner found in Malaga and so it’s good value for money! The kitchen has good facilities and the room and bathrooms were nice and modern!

The showers are either extremely hot or freezing cold, there is no middle ground.

Great place for a couple or family

It’s like a small studio with three rooms. During our stay, there’s no other guests, so we really enjoyed it. We cooked our food in the kitchen and eat in the living room with a big flat tv. It’s able to wash our clothes and dry in the back yard. Nice and strong hot shower and fast wifi. There are few supermarkets nearby, 5-10 mins by walk. The owner is very kind to let us stay in the living room for waiting for our flight after check out.

Quite far from old town and beach, we need to walk around 30mins.

En relación calidad precio, no está mal. Pero si que en cuanto alas habitaciones no tienen tele. Tienes que compartirla en el salón.. Y mejoraría los precios para los días más flojo..

Удобное расположение не далеко от центра ,рядом есть овощные киоски и супермаркеты.

Очень удобно в плане передачи ключей,мы приехали ночью и для нас оставили ключи под паролем в ячейке.Номера чистые ,на кухне есть все необходимое👍 Две ванные комнаты.Балконн.

Забронирую в следующий раз! Отдых был в сентябре. Квартира на несколько комнат. С соседями только два раза встретились. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Достаточно посуды. Большое спасибо за бутылочку воды! В холодильнике, у каждой комнаты своя полочка. Красиво оформленный номер и общая комната. Мы немного задержались с выездом, нас не торопили, очень доброжелательный персонал. Ничего что далековато от центра, но автобусная остановка рядом, супермаркет рядом и тихо.

La televisión que teníamos no funcionaba, la información sobre la habitación era imprecisa y desconocida hasta el último momento y la atención pésima.

Muy buen alojamiento

Desde el principio, las instrucciones para entrar fueron claras. La habitación y la cama eran amplias, con sitio de almacenamiento más que suficiente. Aunque no la utilizamos, la cocina era muy completa y el recibidor también se veía cómodo. Había dos baños, lo cual es una gran ventaja para no tener que estar esperando a que el resto de huéspedes lo dejen libre.

No sé si el aire de la habitación estaría estropeado o fue cosa mía que me llevo regular con las tecnologías, pero cuando lo programabas a cierta temperatura, eventualmente iba bajando a 22°.

Очень хорошая локация. Тихая улица, но очень близко к центру. В квартире было в принципе всё, что нужно. Вай-фай, холодильник, кухня, небольшая терраса, кондиционер. Простое заселение. Очень чисто

Un buen lugar para alojarse

Ubicación: Se llega en bus desde la terminal de autobuses de Málaga, la parada está muy cerca de la calle donde está ubicado. El centro está a unos 20 min. caminando, también se puede ir en bus. Las personas nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la hora de entrada y fueron muy agradables. El lugar estaba limpio y la cocina también. Nos pareció que el barrio donde está ubicado es residencial y nos sentimos seguros al caminar.

Waschmaschine vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet

beim duschen gab es entweder nur eiskaltes oder brennheißes Wasser, davon aber auch nur sehr wenig. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster bzw. nur ein Glas auf den Gang. Generell nicht sauber, angefangen beim Besteck und Geschirr bis hin zu den Duschen, bei denen sich der Dreck in den Ecken gesammelt hat. Nachtruhe wurde nicht eingehalten. 2 Nächte für 150€ sind definitiv zu viel für das was es bietet.

Kraftig doft av mögel!, bytte rum fick ner det lite, uteplatsen var en lite bunker med tvätt, , 4 rum, fanns det och hade de varit belagda hade vi inte fått plats i kök/v-rum alls. (2 sits soffa) och fleece filtar i sängen och väldigt lite toapapper

Buen precio y ubicación.

Buena ubicación. Parada de bus justo al lado. Barrio tranquilo. Nos tocó la habitación 1, el colchón y la almohada eran nuevos y muy cómodos.

La limpieza podría mejorar. La papelera del baño estaba llena de papeles de los huéspedes anteriores. Tuve el fallo de andar por calcetines por la casa.
