The host was very communicative and friendly.
The place was easy to find, with some street parking in the area (although it took a minute to find a spot!).
The place was very clean which I very much appreciated. My single room was small, but I did not need anything else for one night. There were two bathrooms which was plenty for the few rooms that were there. And good water pressure. Filtered water was available in the kitchen. WiFi and any other instructions were clearly labeled.
Whilst the other guests were trying to respect the night hours, unfortunately I was woken up every time someone got back for the night. No fault of the host, but rather the overall poor sound insulation in the building.

It was really clean and a really good value for money, i cannot complain really about anything regarding the property. I really recommend this, it was my first time at a shared facilities property, and i can say im statisfied.
The location was abit far, but thats fine, u can use the buses.

Very comfortable bed, pillows, mattress, silent place, I had a good sleep. Toilet ant showers are very clean and there are 2 of them for 4 rooms- more than enough. Kitchen has all you need to cook. Supermarket is 3 minutes walking
