The studio apartment was in excellent condition and very clean and tidy. Everything was as described. Angel was a welcoming host. A pleasant stay with no complaints. Some minor suggestions for improvement: a power extension lead would be nice so a laptop on the table could access power, and a beach towel would also be useful.

Fabulously maintained apartment with many additional items in the property. On this occasion we were able to have an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Great location for accessing nice tapas restaurants and bars. Met both the owner and his daughter. Past guests has left tea, coffee and more, again very much appreciated. Book shelf provided many happy hours of reading on the sun terrace which is private. Excellent value of a high standard.

Angel was a great host, he let us check in early and showed us around and how to use the appliances. The apartment is well maintained and well stocked and ideal for a couple. The sunny terrace is very private and has wonderful views over the cathedral. I highly recommend this apartment.

What a beautiful studio apartment in the perfect location to explore Malaga. It is located just a ten minute stroll from the Cathedral and all of the lovely restaurants and tourist attractions. It was also a bonus that there is a good size super market just a 5 minute walk away. For a small apartment it is very well equipped with good quality kitchen items and is not lacking in any way. All of the furnishing is also beautiful and it was like staying in a top class hotel room with the added benefit of having a good sized kitchen and dining area. The roof terrace is another bonus with a fantastic view over the old part of the city and day or night the view is delightful. If you like the sun, this is the apartment for you as the terrace gets the sun most of the day. The only downside for us was that the roof terrace is accessed via a steep spiral staircase but we understand that this is the only option and if you are careful, it isn’t too much of a problem. The owners should be proud of studio apartment and we will definitely recommend it to others.

The studio is located a short walking distance from main attractions. It is modern, very clean and has a fantastic private rooftop terrace. Ángel was very responsive and a great host! Would highly recommend for a couple or two friends. Will definitely book again with Ángel! Muchas gracias!!!

Overall, this place was a great place to stay for my girlfriend and I as young adults on a budget. The balcony is great and has lovely views over Malaga. However, the host took a long time and was very meticulous on the check in process. He also charged us an extra 60 euro cleaning fee even though we left the place reasonably clean, having done the dishes and taken out trash; I'd imagine you'd have to leave it spotless and take a photo to avoid this. The hot water was also very inconsistent, about half our showers were cold. Overall, I would definitely book again, but I wish I knew these things up front.

I had a great stay in this apartment - it was second to none, no detail was left out, everything you could possible want was included. It was extremely clean, well maintained. It was really central to all amenities and to Malaga Centro. As an older single traveller I felt safe both in the apartment and in the area itself. The terrace was an added bones which I used frequently and though its access was via a spiral staircase, this was not an obsticle for me. I would recommend the apartment

We enjoyed a pleasurable week-long stay in December, the right time for the spectacular Christmas pageantry of the city. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the central district and was thus convenient to both restaurants and shops. The perfectly comfortable single-room lodging also has a rooftop view. We especially appreciated the attention of Eva, who gave us the key and support during the stay. We would definitely return!

What a great place. It was spotlessly clean and had just everything you would ever need. Angel greeted us on arrival and was so friendly and helpful. The studio is exactly as the pictures show it is bright and airy and so comfortable. The roof terrace is the icing on the cake and such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the fantastic views. The area around is quiet yet has bars and restaurants with a couple of minutes walk..our favourite was the 'Olvia'. If we visit the beautiful city of Malaga again I would definitely love to stay here again.

Angel, the owner was very helpful all the way from arrival and he was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The studio is very well located - it's not more than 10 min walk to central Malaga (Cathedral etc.). Please observe that parking around the studio is hard to find and parking in the p-house close by is 23 Euro per day. The studio is very tidy and well organised and furnished. But the main attraction of the studio is the roof terrasse (access via a step staircase). It has a fantastic view over Malaga and the sea. We can also highly recommend a nearby (200 m) newly opened restaurant "Buenavista Gastrobar and tapas" located Gaone 8. They serve tapas in a new way and everything is very well done. We went there several times, but come early - it can be a bit crowded later in the evening. All in all we enjoyed very much our stay in Malaga and can highly recommend the studio and the owner Angel.

We stayed at the apartment for 11 nights and although small there is everything you could possibly need, with a lot of attention given to making your stay an experience to remember and spotlessly clean. The roof terrace is ideal if you do not want to make your way to the beach and has amazing views over the city. The apartment is ideally located for exploring Malaga and we would definitely book again. The only issue is parking should you hire a car as there is limited spaces available and you may have to drive round to find one, if you don't want to pay the 23 euro for all day parking close by. However this is not just an issue for this apartment but the city of Malaga has very limited parking for residents/sightseeing etc.

This unit is perfect for two people. It was well appointed and very clean. Our host Angel met us on time and explained how to use all the appliances. He also spent time going over where we could get groceries etc. He then sent us an email with a list of restaurants which we tried several of and were not disappointed. Angel's apartment is the perfect place for 1 or 2 people to spend time in Malaga. It's in a wonderful location - 5 minutes from the Plaza de Merced and it's excellent bars and cafes and not much more from the historic centre which is throbbing with restaurants. The apartment itself is great; clean, plenty of space for 2 people and with a lovely terrace with great views over city. Highly recommended !

Lovely studio flat with everything we needed for our stay and more. Lots of thoughtful touches like umbrellas provided in case it should rain. Very well presented and tastefully decorated. Angel was very welcoming and explained everything we needed to know thoroughly. The terrace is the best part of the studio - sunny with a great view (the spiral staircase was a bit of a challenge to start with though). Within easy walking distance of attractions and supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Malaga and would definitely return to the studio.

Apartment is very lovely and very clean. Very well equipped and everything exactly like explained and in pictures. TERRACE IS SUPERB!!! you get sun all day long. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to nice old part of town. Shops and restaurants near. If we go again Malaga surely we book this one. Wifi worked great. For people who have difficulties to walk stairs I like to remind that stairs to terrace are quite narrow and steep. Thank you Angel and Ana!

This studio is super clean and very well equipped and well thought out,although it is small it's ideal for 2 people,and has a lovely terrace with amazing views across the city.It is on a side st so it's quiet ,but walk to the end of the rd . and you have Picasso's birth place, loads of bars and cafes and the new indoor market open all day/night for tapas etc Great studio in a great location!

We were so lucky to have chosen Angel and Ana's studio. It was perfect for us and everything was like new, so clean and well looked after. There was everything we could have needed, the kitchen was very well equipped where Angel had thought of everything including little touches like candles. There was even a hairdryer and straighteners in the bathroom. The roof terrace was fantastic with amazing views. We found ourselves a little lost on arrival but Angel was friendly and kind, he came to find us and helped us with our luggage to reach the studio. He explained everything so nicely and there were maps, books and suggested places to visit. We loved Restaurant Lechuga. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this lovely studio and we are pleased to recommend it. Thank you Angel and Ana!

We were really impressed when we arrived in this beautiful and fully equipped appartment. For sure the terras is fantastic with a lot of privacy and a great look of the city. Plaza Merced with a lot of nice restaurants and bars is within a short walking distance . We will for sure recommend this appartment for a short stay or a nice long holiday in Malaga !
