Located just 15 minutes walking from Malagueta Beach, passing through Muelle Uno, and 10 minutes from the iconic Plaza de la Merced, you will be close to museums such as the Carmen Thyssen and vibrant streets like Carretería. Its location will allow you to enjoy local small businesses and move easily around the province thanks to excellent public transport connections.
This apartment is located on a ground floor with direct access from the street, ideal for those looking for comfort and easy entry. Its open design integrates a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, perfect for up to 4 people, and a fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances: induction, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. Everything is designed so you can prepare your meals without complications. Additionally, it has a comfortable desk and high-speed fibre optic wifi connection (1GB/s symmetric), ideal for teleworking or enjoying your free time connected.
The main bedroom has a double bed with a window facing the street, protected with opaque curtains to guarantee your privacy. It also offers enough space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. The apartment has air conditioning in the common area, providing a cool or warm environment depending on the season, and a bathroom with a shower tray for your comfort.
If you travel with small pets (up to 5 kg), this accommodation accepts them with a supplement of 10€ per pet per day, with a maximum of two animals per booking.

Overall an excellent trip to Malaga and stay at this property. Well located 5/10 minures walk from the historical centre. Experience with the host was very positive and professional The property was comfortable , very well appointed , very clean and reasonably spaciousOnly main issue was the exterior noise outside the property at night , which is beyond the owners control. Minor issues were the heating in the property. The heat coming from the air con unit was just sufficient. But bearing in mind the trip was in January it was probably understandable. Maybe the addition of a small heater at this time of the year would be a solution. Other small issue was the shower door coming off its runner, an easy fix.Overall a very enjoyable experience

The property matched the photos and description on the Vrbo site. The bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well.It is situated at about 10 minutes' walk from the old part of the city centre.There is a Maskom supermarket about 3 minutes' walk away.As a single traveller, this property suited my needs.

There is a Maskom supermarket about 3 minutes' walk away.
