Small but practical stay near the beach

The appartement is small but well equipped. I was worried about the mezzanine bed but it was more comfortable than expected with large head space! The area is residential and rather empty at night but it felt safe. It was perfect for a short stay were we could walk to the beach and take public transport to the center. Good connection to the airport too.

The bathroom door does not leave much privacy so it’s better for people who are already close.

The location is fantastic - very easy to get to and from the airport, city centre, other cities by metro and bus, also it’s very close to the beach (nice, short walk) and has a very good supermarket nearby with good prices (it’s called “Supeco”). The property is located in a good neighbourhood which is pretty clean and not loud. The atmosphere of the property is enjoyable, it’s clean and it definitely has all that’s needed for shorter and even longer stay, for example full kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped bathroom. The host is reachable and helpful.

Toilet can make scary sounds (Laurel room) but it probably has a good reason.

Tiny apartment with steep ladder

Tiny well organized apartment. Very clean. Close to the airport (15 mins) and to the seaside.

The bed is on a mezzanine and the staircase to access it is very steep. Not suitable for those with motor problems or who suffer from vertigo.

Claustrophobic tourist trap

The property has about 45 photos of a terrace (which was why we booked so far away from the center) and the room only had a small window. The owner knows its misleading, evidenced by the complaints other reviewers here and her advice "to ask Booking to find us another spot" on Friday night. As it was claustrophobic, we asked her to move out for the second night of our stay and be refunded - she disappeared. All other complaints about noise and heat are true as well.

Clean, warm and quiet

The place was clean and warm. All we needed for a one night stay before going to the airport the next day. Area was quiet as were the rest of the flats. There was easy free parking around the area.

Getting the keys was a easy once we had the link by whatsapp sent to us by the host. There was no meet and greet or frills. Walls are thin and you can hear next door snoring hahaha but on the whole we were happy with everything.

Great location, comfy room, brilliant facilities

The location was great, short walk to the beach, and easy to get scooters/taxi into centre. The room itself was perfect, much larger than expected, comfy bed and very powerful shower.

Everything was great, only complaint would be that the host used all 3 washing lines to dry all bedding/towels from previous guests so we were unable to use the washing facilities properly.

Clean, comfortable room with bathroom. Personel is friendly. Easy access to room without making appointment with owner. You got everything via booking app. Towels, dryer, cosmetics available.

Loud neighbours, dog barking at 7am, and no one take care of it. Other neighbour was using hammer from 8am to 9am without a pause. About 3,5km from historical center.

Ok for a short stay.

The design is really great. You have everything you need in a small space.

I could hear the other travellers through the wall, so the sleep was not the best. Also, I was under the impression that this location has parking places, but we had to find our own on the streets nearby, which proved to be a bit difficult since we arrived late at the location.

It is basically an apartment turned into various 1-room-apartments, which means that you can hear every word or flush of others. Also, there is a (milk) glass sliding door to the bathroom, so if you re on the toilet the other Person will definitely hear you;)

Well set out mini apartment. Had what was needed to cook, good shower, sitting area. Good ventilation for a small space. Instructions for access were very clear. Great security. Walk to beach was reasonable, straight line, 10 minutes. Supermarket close by.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet room with easy access to beach and public transportation.

Location close to metro and beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was functional and supplied with pots/pans/utensils. Room was very cute and comfortable. Also there is a cluster of fruit and vegetable stands and cafés two streets down, which was perfect for breakfast and meal ingredients! Air conditioning was easy to figure out and had a fan-only option, which was great since it wasn't hot enough to really need AC, just some circulation.

Getting keys with a US phone number was a little tricky. Would be nice if there was a key box outside the building. But, as soon as I called the host, they were able to walk me through getting in quickly. Also the iron was missing (ironing board was there, but no iron), so more difficult to be presentable as this was a work trip.

Magical accomodation!

Excellent accommodation with everything you could possibly need and more (the books were amazing!). Great access to public transport and the beach is near. We have to come back in the future!

Nice, clean and cozy place in a good location with a couple of tweax.

The place has everything you need and a little more like champagne glasses. It was clean and quite cozy. The staff is nice and chilled.

As two friends travelling together we booked a suit with a bed and a couch to sleep on both. The bed was set up, the couch not. We solved it by contacting the staff and using freshly dried bed sheets from the drying rope, but it wasn‘t prepared in advance though promised. Sleeping on the bed upstairs is very warm and you have a small window to the toilet from there which makes it impossible to use the toilet without waking up the person upstairs. The AC is a bit loud as well.

Low cost and functional but small and a long way from the city centre

Low cost and functional. Clean with some nice quirkiness. Owner was responsive when we had a problem getting in.

Apartment was really small - a 4m x 3m room with a bathroom, kitchen, dining table, sofa and lounge table leaving a usable area of about 1.5m x 2m. Bed was on a "shelf" above accessed by a steep ladder with limited headroom and no rail. Key pickup was fraught - a guest in one of the other flats had failed to put the key back in the correct place. Next time would get somewhere closer in to the centre, this one had no local bars or restaurants we could find and was 40mins out of the centre.
