A lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment was in the perfect location to visit Malaga and the surrounding cities. There was parking available in a secure underground car park, and there is also a Metro station very close by. The apartment was clean, cosy and fully equipped with all the required cooking and household facilities. The host, Victor, was very welcoming and friendly. He kindly allowed us to have an early check-in and also a late checkout, which was much appreciated. We had an amazing time in Malaga and would highly recommend this apartment.

Apart from being clean and equipped with the basics, the place and the host were rather awkward.

The apartment was clean and equipped with towels and fresh linen. The host was kind and accurate upon arrival.

Upon arrival, we noticed the lamp wasn't functional. The host didn't offer to fix it. Entire apartment is much smaller and not cosy as it is on pictures, the window of one of the rooms looks straight on the main hallway where everyone else from the building passes through so you can't open that window. The whole apartment is awkawrdly placed in a pretty busy neighbourhood. The first time we plugged in the kettle, all of the power went out. The host was nice to replace the kettle the next day. Next on, the mobile shower head wasn't working which made showering very awkward. The host confirmed the shower was broken and did nothing about it. We had a mishap of leaving our keys in the apartment. Upon the problem, the host was hard to reach and we had to communicate with the locksmith all on our own, even though they just opened the door with a piece of slim plastic (which the host could have done as well) for which we paid 80 euros.

The cover of the beds was a bit itchy, maybe a sheet would be better. Everything else was great!

Nice adventure in Andalucia

This is a very nice apartment, optimal choice for those who have or rent car, because it has an own, free parking place in the building. Optimal for those, who are seeking calm, silent area, and want to sleep in the night. The surrounding area might look a bit weary, but I always felt it safe. The metro station is right there, Málaga metro is the cutest one I have seen in Europe. The beach is 10-15 mins walk. There is a fantastic gelateria in the neighborhood. The rooms are nice, everything is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, you can cook practically anything. I was really grateful for the basic things, too, like oil, sugar, salt, spices. The host was very nice and flexible, and was always ready to help when we had any question regarding Andalucia. Looking at prices in Málaga, this is a good value! I can only recommend.

Superb

Location is not close to downtown however the connection via bus/metro was amazing. Easy to use and easy to get places. Kitchen is well stocked. We did have to buy clothing detergent, napkins and toilet paper but it was relatively cheap at a grocery store close by.

Very comfortable apartment situated near to Misericordia beach. We spent lovely ten days here. We found everything we needed: toaster, caffeteria, sandwich maker, washing machine, iron. Good place to stay in Malaga.

everything was fine. Apartment fully equipped, WiFi excellent connection. Perfect communication with service. Perfect stay. Close to everything, to the store, to the subway, to the bus stop. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Underground parking was available if you are renting a car. I recommend. Nice and clean

Apartment very clean, fresh. Location very good for exploring the city. Lots of tapas bars and shops around. The owner is very nice, polite and helpful, and what's important, punctual. We also took advantage of the private parking lot which turned out to be of great value. The trip was very successful.

Perfect

The apartment is like in the photos. Very comfy, everything is new, and you have everything that you need. It’s in a good location as well, near from city center and beach.

The only problem was about the shower, stay hot just for one person and after water become cold, It’s a electrical boiler but I think a small one.

Priročno in čisto stanovanje za krajše bivanje

Stanovanje je bilo čisto, imelo je vse, kar za bivanje potrebuješ. Gostiteljev nisem srečala, a so bili ves čas na voljo po aplikaciji. Navodila za vstop v stanovanje in on line check-in so bila nazorna. Avtobusna postaja je v neposredni bližini, prav tako živilske trgovine.

V ulici, kamor je obrnjeno okno v eni spalnici in balkon, se izvajajo gradbena dela, zato je bilo med delovnim tednom čez dan malo glasno. Prav tako se sliši hrup iz ulice in to kljub novejšim oknom. To ni vplivalo na pozitivno izkušnjo s stanovanjem.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques points négatifs

Appartement très propre, facile d’accès, avec un parking gratuit. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, ce qui est pour moi un avantage, surtout que la station de métro El Torcal se trouve à quelques pas de l’entrée de l’immeuble. Les habitants de l’immeuble sont très calmes.

Les 3 lit était quelque peu inconfortable, il faudrait le remplacer. Il n’y avait que peu d’oreillers et un manque notable de produits de nettoyage. Malheureusement, des travaux de construction avaient lieu juste en face de l’appartement, avec beaucoup de bruit dès 8h30 du matin. De plus, nous avons eu droit à deux visites matinales d’un technicien venu réparer l’un des réfrigérateurs.

Apartamento bien pero mala respuesta a a la incidencia

Ya lo conocíamos y nos gusta

La calefacción no funcionaba y no les importó mucho, desde el principio dijeron que al ser viernes ya hasta el lunes no se podría hacer nada.. Tras insistir nos trajeron un calefactor. Luego al parecer vinieron a verlo cuando no estábamos y dijeron que era problema del gas y no hicieron nada al respecto… yo que personalmente tengo un negocio, si pasa algo parecido a un cliente al menos le devuelvo la mitad del dinero y hago todo lo que esté en mi mano para solucionarlo.

La casa era perfecta, dos habitaciones, un baño, cocina abierta al salon y terracita. El aire acondicionado un plus

Habia una obra enfrente que entre semana se hacia complicado estar en casa porque se escuchaba demasiado, y luego la ubicación no era muy buena, si que hay un mercadona cerca pero tienes un paseito hasta la playa y tienes que coger metro o bus o uber para moverte.
