Nice small compact apartment with all the facilities

Mucha comodidad. Muy completo. Tiene todo lo necesario.

Es dificil para aparacar hay mil lugares pero en ciertos momentos estan todos completos.

Location, area, host, accommodation is great. All as written before, the host was very helpful, explained all the details before we arrived. Even with photo and video help, it was easy to get there, find the apartment and have the key. The parking place in the garage is very important if someone has a car because its nearly impossible to park on the street. The flat is modern, useful and has everything we needed, the kitchen has all needed thing for a long stay too, the bathroom is specious and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, air-condition is working very well. Bus stop, supermarket, bakery is very near, shops and beach also can be reached with a short walk. The area is living but still quiet, many playground and coffeshop in the near.

The sofa bed is terrible. Sitting on it is so-so, not very comfortable but sleeping on it is terrible. The matrass is very thing and you feel the iron parts in your bone. Opening is not so bad, they have a lot detail about it but still you need 2 person to open easily. This accommodation would be a 10/10 if they change the sofa bed. We travelled as a family, 3 person, so unfortunately we had to use the sofa bed.

* La plage est accessible à pied en une dizaine de minutes. * Plusieurs commerces se trouvent à proximité. * Le logement est bien équipé. * Le quartier est globalement calme en dehors des horaires de l’école.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé : * Le logement est assez sombre. * Le parking est souvent complet, ce qui rend le stationnement difficile. * L’école située juste en face génère du bruit chaque matin ainsi qu’aux heures d’entrée et de sortie des élèves. * L’entrée de la résidence était régulièrement couverte de déjections de pigeons et n’a pas été nettoyée durant la semaine de notre séjour. * Le groupe extérieur de la climatisation est très bruyant et le bruit s’entend depuis le logement. * La literie est le principal point négatif : le matelas du lit est très affaissé au centre, donnant l’impression de dormir dans un creux, et le canapé-lit est extrêmement dur et inconfortable.
