Great place if you like to cook and don’t plan to spend too much time inside.

Very nice clean modern apartment, for an ok price given high level of prices in Malaga. Good location.

The biggest downside - which I did not see in the description - is that it is on the GROUND FLOOR with windows to the street :(. It’s a real pitty, because otherwise the plave is almost perfect :)

It is close to a metro stop, bus stop and grocery store. The staff at the office were super helpful. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

Lovely newly renovated room with all you need for a week's stay.

lovely newly renovated room with all you need for a week's stay. At first the area looks a bit run down, but actually is a residential area, with local bars, bakeries and supermarkets near by. Ok to park, easy access to metro and buses, about 25min form centre or 15 from beach.

I wasn't told until after booking that the keys needed to be picked up somewhere else, and that a deposit for the flat had to be paid. In the end it all went really smoothly, but I would have liked to know before booking.

Nice studio in a working class neighbourhood of Malaga, easy access to central tourist areas

The property is good, clean and well maintained. There is a comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, stove, etc. It is in a pretty good location - in the Victoria Kent station area - which makes it easy to get into the centre of Malaga. The neighbourhood is not touristy - this is a bonus for me. I went to a local cafe, met local people, was welcomed by locals. Supermarkets in easy walking distance. The staff at the reception place are helpful,

The place where you pick up the keys is a longish taxi ride from where the apartment is. The apartment wasn't necessarily the easiest to find. Not necessarily much to do in the immediate neighbourhood.

Studio in a local suburb of Malaga

Good location close to supermarket, bus stop for the centre and lovely beach. It's in a very non tourist area so there's a real feel of being amongst locals. Studio itself was very modern and nicely decorated. All necessary amenities were provided, fridge, washing machine, .icrowave. A quiet area but not far from plenty of eating places and bars. Staff at the company were very responsive to every difficulty we had. Suitable for a short stay but not big enough for a week.

Studio is away from the centre but you have to go to main office to collect keys (10km from airport) to then go back on yourself (5km) to the studio. This was difficult at night. Shower didn't have a curtain so water spilt everywhere in bathroom until they fitted a curtain. Studio main door is right on the street so minimal privacy. Some instructions for air con, cooker and info on local area would have been useful.

Apartamento muy limpio y acogedor, con una cama comodísima (10/10) y ducha con agua caliente al instante.

No es culpa de ellos. Pero el aparcamiento es un dolor de cabeza. Recomendacion: aparcar el coche (mi coche es nuevo y no le hicieron nada) y pillar trasporte publico que esta cerca

El establecimiento no cumpmia on las expectativas además de estar minado de cucarachas y mala atención.

No me gustaron los nidos de cucarachas y el mal servicio puesto q no es apto para alquilar, también teniendo que pagar y dormir en el coche por sus pésimas condiciones.

Dobra baza wypadowa w dobrej lokalizacji.

Bardzo dobre miejsce pod względem komunikacyjnym - bliski dostęp do metra , kolejki i autobusów miejskich. Blisko do marketów plaży i lokali gastronomicznych. Jak dla mnie lokalizacja idealna, gdyż nie zależało mi aż tak na bliskiej odległości od centrum miasta.

Dokładniejsza instrukcja odblokowania zamka w drzwiach (trzeba prowadzić telefon po drzwiach a nie trzymać go przed frontem drzwi :) jak mówi instrukcja , trochę zajęło aż na to wpadłem).

Malaga Reise

Klimatisiertes Appartement. Nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bett war sehr bequem. Ausstattung für 2 - 3 Personen ausreichend, aber zu dritt wird es eng. Strand etwa 10-15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Busanbindung sehr gut.

Der Hauswirtschaft-Schrank roch etwas stark nach irgendwas chemischem. Sonst eigentlich nix zu bemängeln

Super mieszkanie dla ludzi spędzających czas aktywnie.

Wygodne studio dla 2 dorosłych z dzieckiem. Wygodne łóżka. W nocy cicho. Dobre połączenie z centrum autobusem nr3 oraz z lotniskiem autobus nr A. Dobrze działającą klima. Mieszkanie zacienione co w lipcu jest plusem.

Trzeba uszczelnić kabinę prysznicową.

Für einige Tage kann man es machen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würd ich es nicht empfehlen.

Die unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, zu Fuß gut zum Strand erreichbar. Der Besen war kaputt und wurde ausgetauscht. Einfacher Check in und check out.

Kakerlaken bei unserer Ankunft im Badezimmer und auch während des Aufenthalt immer mal wieder. Die Dusche macht alles nass. Es war nicht wirklich sauber als wir an kam. Musste nochmal den selber wischen. Für Familie mit Kind würd ich es nicht empfehlen.

Odličen gostitelj Marcos :) Apartma odličen, sodoben, klimatiziran z lepo kuhinjo in vse kar rabiš v njej. Prevzem ključev enostaven, check in/check out enostavno! Super in toplo priporočam za ta denar.

Lokacija. Kar pa gostitelj ni nič kriv, da se apartma nahaja v nekem "ghetto" delu vroče Malage. Do plaže cca 15min, do centra cca 50min hoje.

El apartamento es muy nuevo y limpio. Está en un bajo comercial pero tiene suficiente luz. Para aparcar en las inmediaciones es complicado, hay bastantes aparcamientos pero están muy solicitados.

Poucas toalhas e utensílios cozinha, resguarda do chuveiro molhava a casa toda, obrigada a limpar constantemente o chão com esfrego e lavar toalha de resguarde e de banho, estacionamento na zona impossível, com muito tempo de procura que algum morador saísse, ideia de bairro pouco higiénico, com vistas mas.

La casa molto carina nel complesso e anche il parcheggio non era poi così difficile da trovare. Bella la cucina e comodo il divano.

La doccia è un vero disastro e il lavandino molto scomodo. Peccato per la posizione al piano terra dove era difficile aprire la finestra.

Mi è piaciuta la professionalità con la quale viene gestita e la cura per il cliente staff super! È un po’ distante dal centro ma ha la fermata dei bus veramente a due minuti a piedi e 5 quella della metro e poi ha vicino negozi e supermercati la consiglio vivamente!

Vacaciones en Andalucía

Estuvimos una semana alojadas con mi amiga. El departamento muy lindo y moderno. Y bien equipado. Buen acceso a la.ciudad. usamos la ciudad de Málaga como base para recorrer diferentes ciudades. Muy Buena atención de Elena.

El barrio es muy concurrido y por ahí se complicaba encontrar estacionamiento. También agregaría algo de condimentos como sal y aceite, azucar, café, té, como para facilitar al turista en algunas comidas.
