The flat is close to the bus stops, metro and shops like Mercadona, Lidl, etc, the beach is like a 5-10 min walk away, so the position is quite nice. The flat itself could be in better condition, but what we found damaged or in need of repair we photographed and sent to the owners via email, which the received and confirmed. In comparison to other reviews, we thankfully found no cockroaches.
As advised, the flat could be kept in better conditions with little work to be done, but what I didn't like was that there was a faint drain/sewage smells coming from below the nightstand next to the bed, I presumed a badly insulated hatch, which we notified the owners of. They did say their maintenance team arrived to check it while we were out, of course we gave permission, but the smell was still coming, so the owners really need to check it out for other quests.

Estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo.
Pondria un top en el suelo de la ducha para que no se saliese el agua.

Estaba puesto con mucho gusto, muy bien decorado y muy limpio! Te atienden rápido vía WhatsApp. Llegada cómoda con buenas indicaciones.
No era funcional. El plato de ducha no tiene inclinación, y pones el suelo pingando cada vez que te duchas. Además, fugaba agua del WC. El tema de ventilación tampoco está muy bien si quieres guardar intimidad, ya que al ser un bajo a nivel de calle, al abrir la ventana te ven. Ventana con store que si quieres levantar te tienes que subir a la encimera para llegar a la cuerda. También hay una ventana a unos... 3 metros del suelo encima de la puerta de entrada... Creo que está bien para una estancia de 2 días máximo.
