Ideal accomodation for colleagues visiting for a conference.

Clean, homely, comfortable, had everything we needed. Quiet location. We could walk to our conference at FYCMA - Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (25 minutes). Nice to have 2 bathrooms/wc

A great place to stay for an authentic experience, good facilities in the flat and nearby

The flat was simple but had everything we needed and lots of space. It was lovely and cool which will be a bonus in hotter weather. There was outdoor space which again was nice and cool and shaded. Any problems and the host got back to us almost immediately. The location was super - a 50 minute walk to the nature reserve one way or the city the other, but there were buses both ways and also a metro to the city. Good supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. It's a working-class Spanish neighbourhood which suited us beautifully and gave a more authentic experience than staying in a tourist area: it was very safe and friendly. We were close to a lovely park and within easy walking distance of the sea.

A few minor problems with the kitchen equipment which we didn't make a fuss about at the time and fed back privately and were addressed immediately. We got stuck operating the hob (press the on button then the particular hob you want then plus!) and the host answered immediately.

It was a great holiday and super comfy

The property is located very centrally. A walk to the beach or an easy bus/metro ride to the centro historico, the bus terminal, train station make is strategic for a long stay like ours. The airport is also very close and convenient

For our long stay we would have liked to have more towels in the bathrooms and the kitchen and essentials (toilet rolls and kitchen towels). We stayed for 10 days so that needs to be taken into consideration for long stays

La facilidad de entrar al apartamento, su distribución para dos parejas y una niña (incluso si tienes algún niño más u otra pareja) y la amabilidad y el trato de la persona responsable.

Muchísimas humedades. Bastante sucio, en general, sobre todo la cocina y olores muy desagradables. Nosotros solo fuimos a dormir y aún así lo pasamos regular en el poco tiempo que lo ocupamos. Lo sentimos por la persona que nos atendió, que fue muy amable, pero no volveríamos.

Все супер, можу рекомендувати сім'ям з дітьми або для компанії.

Добра локація, поряд меркадонна, парк, зупинка на аєропорт та в центр. До пляжу 15хв пішки. Тихий район. Все сподобалось, наступного разу зупинився б там же. Є кондиціонер, два санвузли, тв в кожній кімнаті. Що приемно здивувало, це люстри з вбудованим вентилятором, які працюють беззвучно. Прям собі таку закортіло взяти..

Не критично, але на кухні є кілька шуфляд з майже відірваним фурнітуром. Дрібниця, але таке собі. Якщо вмикати всі комфорки + духовку вибиває запобіжник.

Royaal huis met plek om buiten te zitten.

We hadden met ons tweeën een heel huis met drie slaapkamers en twee (kleine) badkamers. We zijn aan de voorkant van het huis gaan slapen omdat daar de handdoeken klaarlagen, prima bed maar waarschijnlijk is het aan de achterkant stiller. Huis ligt in een volkswijk op loopafstand van de metro en van het strand. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Plaatsje aan de achterkant waar je onder een zonnescherm buiten kunt zitten, wel op een keukenstoel die je van binnen haalt. Parkeren ging prima in de straat en was gratis.

We hadden veel last van het straatlawaai. Naar Nederlandse maatstaven was het geen gezellig huis. Desondanks prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. op de avond voor vertrek en de dag van vertrek drong de host nogal aan op informatie over het moment van vertrek, terwijl we toch royaal voor de uitchecktijd weg waren. Als we op vakantie zijn vinden we het prettig om ons niet te hoeven vastleggen; de intensieve communicatie over vertrektijd was een beetje vervelend.
