We are the family of four with two children. Very easy access to the flat! The flat is very very cozy and has personal touch to it. It’s not modern more vintage thus it felt nice like at parents home:-) We had air conditioner which was a lifesaver. The flat has practically everything you need to feel like you are in your own holiday home. We had plenty of towels, clean bedding, nearly all the utensils in the kitchen and all the toiletries in the bathroom. The location is amazing , very quiet street : 7 mins walk to the train station María Zambrane, there is a shopping mall with huge supermarket there too. Also 7 mins walk to the beach , on the way to the beach there is a beautiful park with the indoor pool and gym, a couple of nice restaurants on the way as well. Loads of small supermarkets around. The beach is nice too! Also about 15-20 mins walk to the city centre and all town. Don’t you are planning a family beach holiday, I would recommend this place. The host couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. We were provided with the towels, blankets etc. thank you so much!

The second floor the air conditioning had a hose that dripped water into the container that need to be emptied. The sofa is a bit retired. Otherwise - very pleasant apartment.

El sitio está bien ubicado , cerca de supermercados, la playa, a lado de la estación de trenes , y buen ocio. El piso está muy equipado trae ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina y de baño suficiente. El propietario es muy formal.

La televisión es antigua y no se ve los canales, el sofá estaba medio que , y tuvimos un problema con una cama de matrimonio que estaba rota las tablas y se hablo con el propietario se solucionó y nos puso una nueva, el pomo de la puerta está suelto de la habitación, y por la otra parte los armarios no se podían abrir, estaban cerrados. El lavabo del baño estaba antracado , le costaba tragar el agua. El horno no funciona.
