La ubicación y el buen estado de la misma
La falta de ventilación (supongo que algo puntual )hizo que en ocasiones la habitación oliera a cañerías .

Very nice, breezy, clean studio apartment. Tall ceilings, with a big and functional kitchen that was well-equipped for our stay. A good location with loads of bars and restaurants nearby; not super central, but has plenty of connections into town. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was very comfy. There was a lovely big walk-in closet; I'd like to have one like that at home! Plenty of shops nearby to get supplies. The hosts are really nice, but you are unlikely to encounter them since everything is done remotely (unless there is a problem).
The electricity wasn't working when we arrived, but it was fixed relatively quickly. We found out that it is quite easy to overload the system as the whole apartment is run on electricity; not a big problem, but just needed to be careful about not using too many appliances simultaneously.

This studio is great for 2 people staying a few days. Location was good 10-12 minutes from train/bus station. Easy to walk into Centro. Near beach. Pictures are true.
Maybe more confortable sitting chairs.

Lokalizacja super, wyposażenie wystarczające, łózko wygodne choć dość małe dla dwóch osób, klimatyzacja działała poprawnie. Kapsułki z kawą na plus oraz pralko suszarka również. Pojemność lodówki i zamrażarki też super.
Lodówka obok łóżka powodowała dużo hałasu, bez zatyczek raczej trudno byłoby spać. Czystość nie była idealna, podłoga lekko brudna, niektóre naczynia niedomyte, z zaschniętym brudem. Ciepła woda pod prysznicem starczała na jakieś 3-4 minuty, nie dało się komfortowo umyć, trzeba było cały czas maksymalnie skracać czas używania wody.. (woda nagrzewała się w bojlerze bardzo długo). Ściany jak z papieru więc wszystkie hałasy z dworu było słychać.
