I didn't like the place.

The location was terrible, street level with the door 3 meters from one street and on the other side of the room a patio style door was 3 meters from another street where the garbage bins were stored. Extremely noisy from traffic and you could see daylight under the door. The access in didn't work I had to call someone and they gave me 2 different codes to try, took 20 minutes. I was concerned for safety reasons the door latching system was not safe if emergency exit was needed. This is a system that has no face to face communication and doesn't give the client a feeling that concerns are addressed. I asked for a quieter room but the phone person said all rooms are full....even though they were still advertising on Bookings.com that there was still one room left..hurry....

Excellent stay, very clean and perfectly located near the city center

The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern. The location is perfect, being so close to the train station and within walking distance of the main attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The stay was overall very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was good except the strong and unpleasant smell of sewage.

Not much. The apartment had lots of amenities in but the bad things outweighed the good. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Property managers ask for a €150 deposit which they don’t mention here on Booking. They waived it for my one night stay as I threatened to cancel. The ground floor apartments are in a less desirable but ok area. They are incredibly noisy due to street level traffic, people and other people in the block. It was difficult to sleep at night. And I felt awful in the morning. The bed was quite comfortable but sheets were itchy. The cleanliness was poor. There was some random woman’s hair found in the bed (pictured) and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean either. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great stay overall – the apartment is new, well-equipped and perfectly located

A brand-new apartment in perfect condition! Excellent location – just a short walk to the metro and a shopping mall with a supermarket. Everything you need is provided: dishes, air conditioning, towels, shower gels and shampoos, even coffee and sugar. A great choice for 3–4 people – highly recommended!

The only minor downside was that it could get a bit stuffy on the upper level, especially since it’s a split-level apartment on the ground floor – we had to open the shutter first and then the window to get fresh air. Also, it was a little noisy from the street at times. But everything else was absolutely wonderful!

Localização excelente, junto à estação de comboios/metro/autocarros Maria Zambrano (a qual inclui no interior um moderno centro comercial e um supermercado mercadona). Apartamento moderno, confortável e muito bem equipado com todo o tipo de eletrodomésticos (máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa, placa de fogão, forno, microondas, frigorífico, tv, ar condicionado). Check-in/check-out simples e prático por meio de código eletrónico. Fácil acesso à praia de San Andres/Huelin (15 minutos a pé) e ao centro da cidade (20/25 minutos a pé).

Algum ruido proveniente do exterior (apartamentos situados ao nível da rua) e dos vizinhos de cima, mas nada de excessivo. Éramos 3 hóspedes e só tínhamos disponíveis toalhas de banho e lençóis para 2 hóspedes (aspecto a ter em atenção por parte da gerência). Nada mais a apontar de negativo.

Atención del personal - Fueron muy atentos, nos dejaron poner las maletas antes de hacer el check-in, y se lo agradecimos! Dormitorios y salón - Fuimos tres personas, solo hay una cama matrimonial (en la parte de arriba, subiendo las escaleras) y un sofá cama, los dos ofrecieron bastante comodidad con sus respectivas almohadas, colchones. - El salón está equipado con una mesa de comedor, televisor, cocina y el baño es una misma sala. Cocina - Algo a tener en cuenta es que no hay congelador solo un pequeño frigorífico. - Todo está equipado con platos, cubertería y demás, nosotras tuvimos que comprar servilletas y poco más, todo lo demás estaba incluido. Baño - Excelente, todo bien equipado con toallas, papel higiénico, pequeñas porciones de champú y gel. De verdad que todo muy bien, salimos muy contentas de este alojamiento, si soy sincera VOLVEREMOS.

Hay muchos apartamento de esta empresa, pero a nosotras nos tocó enfrente de los basureros, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con el olor o el ruido pero por si a alguien le molestaría que en mejor que lo tenga en cuenta.

Terrível, evitar a todo o custo

Se não tivesse tudo o que teve de mau seria um 6.

Foi tudo muito mau, tanto que saí um dia antes porque não era possível dormir lá. O apartamento é no rés do chão, em frente ao lixo e reciclagem. No entanto o cheiro esgoto era maior que o cheiro de lixo. À volta do apartamento encontravam-se vários desalojados e pessoas com toxicodependência a dormir nas ruas, Inclusive tentaram abrir a porta enquanto nós lá estávamos. É impensável deixar os estores abertos. A limpeza foi no geral horrível tendo pelos de barba na parede, cuecas em cima de um armário na verdade provavelmente não foi limpo de todo. Quando abrimos o sofá cama vimos estava completamente nojento os lençóis estavam conspurcados de manchas. O sofá cama não tinha conforto nenhum. Sempre que alguém passa na rua a arrastar lixo ou reciclagem basicamente acorda toda a gente na casa. Sempre que passa um carro a porta treme. Não recomendo a ninguém ficar aí.

Je renouvellerais pas l expérience pour toutes les raisons évoqués

L’appartement dans un état irréprochable et sa situation géographique bien situé.

L endroit où sont situés les appartements (au milieu d’un quartier populaire) extrêmement bruyant jusqu a tard dans la nuit. Conteneurs à ordures ménagères devant la porte du numéro 9 que nous occupions (forte odeur), camion poubelle qui passe à 1h30 du matin pour les vider juste devant la porte. Et les sans abris qui couchent quasi devant la porte.

A localização do apartamento era perfeita para quem anda de transportes, logo ao lado da estação de autobus de Málaga. Gostei muito do kit de boas vindas também (azeite, sal, chá, café, detergente para a loiça à mão e para as máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa). O apartamento é exatamente igual às fotos.

Tivemos um pequeno problema com odor à tabaco deixado pelo hóspede anterior mas que foi muito rapidamente resolvido com o envio apenas de uma msg para a empresa que gere o apartamento

Ubicación inmejorable, tanto si vienes en AVE, como en bus o en coche. Aparcamiento fácil, tanto en la calle como en parking cercanos. A 10 minutos andando del centro. Completamente nuevo, limpio y bien decorado. Acceso con clave muy sencillo.

Huoneisto tasoltaan erinomainen, Malagan bussiaseman seutu ei parasta aluetta.

Keskustassa, lähellä kaikkea. Moderni ja siisti huoneisto josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava, espanjan kuumuudessa oli ilmastointi kullan arvoinen.

Koska huoneisto on katutasolla ja alueella on vilkas yöelämä kuului kadulta aika kovaa meteliä, varsinkin kun tulivat pesemään katuja klo 7 aamulla, paikalliset ovat kovaäänisiä joten jokainen kadulla asunnon ohi kävelijä tuntui huutavan puhelimeen:)
