With an area of 45 m², this tastefully furnished accommodation offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and a bathroom with a shower tray. The living room stands out for its large double-glazed windows that guarantee natural light and sound insulation for your rest. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning and heating for your comfort in any season.



The building has a lift and a lovely communal swimming pool on the top floor, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. You also have the option of parking in the same building for an additional cost per night (check with the agency).



The location is unbeatable: just 900 m from María Zambrano train station and El Perchel metro, a few metres from urban and provincial bus stops, and very close to shopping centres such as Larios and El Corte Inglés, as well as local shops that invite you to discover authentic Malaga life.
