About this apartment rental

Experience the Malaga lifestyle from this beautiful two-bedroom apartment managed by Sharing Co, located next to María Zambrano station, perfectly situated with respect to the main tourist and points of interest in the city. In just a few minutes, you can reach Huelin Park, the Maritime Promenade, museums, restaurants, and bars. It is also just minutes from El Perchel station, where the main transportation lines of Malaga connect. This property is perfect for couples or families with children.



The apartment has a double bed in the main bedroom with a wardrobe and a bunk bed exclusively for children that has drawers to store clothes in the second bedroom, in each room you will have a desk and bedding. It features a spacious living room with lovely decoration to make your stay a comfortable space that feels as warm as being at home.

The apartment is recently renovated, and has all the amenities for a fantastic stay in the company of family or friends in the city as a tourist or teleworking from the fantastic Costa del Sol.



The accommodation is surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and just a step away from Huelin Park and the Seafront Promenade. Additionally, the apartment is strategically located and just 12 minutes by metro from the historic center where you can find the most representative places in the city: the magnificent Alcazaba of Málaga construction, the Picasso Museum in Málaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater, or if you prefer city views, you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, typical city restaurants, and many more places waiting to be discovered.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a lease agreement

2. Supplies such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.



In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:



$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
