Experience the Málaga lifestyle from this beautiful two-bedroom apartment managed by Sharing Co, located next to María Zambrano station and perfectly positioned with respect to the city's main tourist attractions and points of interest. In just a few minutes you can reach Huelin Park, the Promenade, museums, restaurants and bars. It is also close to El Perchel station, from where Málaga's main transport lines connect. This property is ideal for couples or families consisting of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
The apartment has a double bed in the main bedroom, with a wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed for exclusive use by children, as well as drawers for storing clothes. Due to this distribution, the accommodation is not suitable for groups of 3 or 4 adults. It also has a spacious living room and welcoming decoration so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.
The accommodation is surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and just a stone's throw from Huelin Park and the Maritime Promenade. Furthermore, the apartment is strategically located and only 12 minutes by metro from the historic center where you can find the most representative places in the city: the magnificent Alcazaba of Málaga, the Picasso Museum in Málaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater, or if you prefer views of the city you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, typical restaurants of the city and many more places for you to discover.

For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.
3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
In case you require or request an in-person check-in, the charge would be:
€25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
€60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
