Nice spot, fairly clean and good location

Neat and tidy, everything you will need for a short stay. Location was great, walking distance to a nice beach area. Very close to the train as well to get into the city centre. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean

Good for a few days

Very clean renovated apartment on the first floor, easy to get to the centre by bus or metro (15-20 Min), there is a supermarket across the road. It's small but it has three windows+aircon.

The apartment is tiny but coul reach a good level of comfort with some improvements in furnishing and amenities (bath mat, napkins, another mirror, some more hangers, additional pillowcases, soundproofing). Bed is small and hard.

Lugar ideal muy cerca del centro de Málaga

Apartamento, bonito y coqueto en una casa donde hay tres estancias separadas completamente. Es funcional y contiene todo lo necesario para pasar algunas noches. La zona está cercana a metro y centro de Málaga. El estado de los muebles y baño son perfectos plenamente equipado, incluso con algunos detalles de higiene que no nos esperábamos .

Como sugerencia, diría que se pusiera un sofá en la estancia salón comedor. Si vienes está equipado con una mesa y dos sillas un pequeño sofá sería deseable

Excelente para viajes cortos

La ubicación está muy bien, necesitaba estar cerca del Palacio de congresos y fué la mejor opción, zona tranquila y con muchos servicios cerca, el apartamento tenía todo lo básico, está muy bien para 1 o 2 personas, todo muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda y la ducha con buen flujo de agua caliente, el propietario muy agradable y servicial, repetiría sin duda. Lo recomiendo 100%

Estupendo para una pareja, incluso con un hijo. Con todo lo necesario

El detalle de las infusiones y el café, la limpieza y la ubicación. El apartamento es tranquilo, muy bien situado. El anfitrión muy correcto y accesible. Nos explicó donde podíamos coger el metro, siempre disponible al teléfono. El baño está nuevo y todo estaba muy limpio. Descansamos muy bien. Una opción estupenda para pasar unos días con todo lo necesario.

Apartamento mas pequeño de lo que se llega a apreciar en las fotos, dentro de un edificio un poco raro, aunque la zona era tranquila, cama un poco pequeña y algo incómoda, y el espacio de la habitación en general bastante pequeño, la puerta del baño hacía mucho ruido al abrir/cerrar, el armario justo para poner 5 prendas de ropa. Si solo te vas a quedar dos noches (como fue mi caso) no está tan mal, pero por 80€ más, es preferible buscar algo por el centro de la ciudad.

Ci ritornerei!

Il gestore è stato un grande perchè rispondeva subito ai messaggi e questo ha facilitato tutto. Ci ha dato anche indicazioni sulla fermata alla quale scendere per raggiungere l'alloggio. L'appartamento era perfetto per ciò che serviva a noi e c'era tutto il necessario. In cucina abbiamo trovato delle tisane/the e del caffè macinato per la colazione (che abbiamo apprezzato molto). In bagno c'erano anche dei dischetti struccanti con il tonico e addirittura qualche assorbente (in caso di imprevisti). Inoltre la posizione era comodissima, perchè era vicino alle fermate dei bus che abbiamo utilizzato per raggiungere il centro città e vicina anche a dei supermercati.

Se proprio devo dire una cosa che mi è mancata è il bidet, ma in molte città non li usano e sapevo che non ci sarebbe stato, dunque non è stato un problema.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z mieszkania i z pobytu w Maladze.

Mieszkanie było nieduże ale wszystko ładnie i komfortowo wykorzystane, blisko plaży-10 minut, blisko przystanki autobusowe i kilka linii autobusowych, którymi można dostać się do centrum. My doszłyśmy też na piechotę, jeśli ktoś lubi chodzić to 45 minut drogi.

Das Appartement war für unser Wochenende eine prima Unterkunft.

Prima Lage: mit dem Bus A vom Flughafen bis Avenida Paloma prima Anbindung, mit der Metro von „el Torcal“ gute Anbindung in die Stadt, zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten am Strand mit Promenade und netten Restaurants. Sehr ruhig gelegen! Netter Vermieter: antwortet bei Fragen umgehend und mit guten Tipos

L'appartamento è funzionale, pulito e ho apprezzato molto la pianta che dà il senso di casa. Letto e cuscini comodi, host gentile anche se la comunicazione è stata solo via booking. Parcheggio in strada (è più facile trovare posto di mattina sotto casa, nel pomeriggio la viabilità è impossibile).

La posizione è decentrata ma ci sono autobus che ti permettono di raggiungere il centro in 25 minuti. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 10. Purtroppo i vicini sono un po' troppo rumorosi.

Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne - zgodnie z opisem i zdjęciami. Materac bardzo wygodny, klimatyzacja chłodzi jak należy, okna posiadają rolety zewnętrzne ale szyby są dodatkowo przyciemnione. Aneks kuchenny i łazienka bez żadnych zastrzeżeń. Okolica spokojna, bardziej mieszkalna niż turystyczna, bez obaw można chodzić po zmroku. Dojazd z lotniska autobusem A zajmuje 15 min, stacja metra w odległości 5 min pieszo a następnie metrem 15 min do samego centrum Malagi (5 stacji do przejechania). Do dworca autobusowego jak i pociągów można metrem dotrzeć w 10 min (3 stacje metra). W okolicy dużo sklepów spożywczych w tym dobrze zaopatrzona Mercadona w odległości 7 min pieszo. Do plaży ok. 1km co pieszo zajmuje 10 min. Plaża piaszczysta, nieprzepełniona, można odpocząć. Koniecznie należy odwiedzić lodziarnię Heladería Inma, która znajduje się na tej samej ulicy w odległości 2 min - przepyszne lody w ogromnych porcjach. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który dba o to żeby pobyt był jak najlepszy. W naszym przypadku po tym jak zapytaliśmy o polecenie bezpiecznego miejsca na przechowanie naszego bagażu w okolicy po wymeldowaniu (samolot mieliśmy dopiero po 21:00) zaproponował nam bezpłatne przechowanie walizek u niego z czego skorzystaliśmy - to bardzo miłe z jego strony. Serdecznie polecamy!

Me encantó la ubicación está a 10 minutos de la playa en una zona residencial muy tranquila, con supermercados, farmacias, heladerías y buses cerca. Alojamiento muy limpio, acogedor y equipado con todas las necesidades, el anfitrión siempre estuvo a disponible durante toda mi estancia para cualquier duda, sin duda si vuelvo a malaga me alojaré aqui.

El wifi no llegaba muy bien a mi habitación y se desconectaba de vez en cuando, pero en el resto del alojamiento llegaba perfectamente

L’emplacement était proche de là plage et du centre et à 10mn de l’aéroport. Il y avait des places de parc en bas. L’appartement était joliment décoré. Et l’hôte m’a accueilli chaleureusement et a été arrangeant sur l’horaire d’entrée des lieux.

Estupenda relación calidad-precio. Nuevo, se ve recién reformado. El anfitrión muy amable. Nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora del check -in. Camas cómodas, es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario (menaje básico, secador de pelo, aire acondicionado, mosquitera en el dormitorio). Playa a 10min, metro a 5 min. No dejéis de probar los helados de heladería Inma.

La struttura pulitissima ed accogliente situata ad 1km dalla playa de la Misericordia ed a nemmeno 300m dalla Metro. Ho apprezzato questa parte della playa e della locazione, perché decisamente meno turistica e più "vera" frequentata dai locali...consiglio la struttura di Eduardo...non vi pentirete dell'ottima scelta.
