AC, tvättmaskinen och kök.
Det var myror och kryp i köket. Utanför byggnaden luktar det piss varje dag.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la playa , la estación de tren . Estaba limpio , Buena zona , tranquila . La verdad 100 % recomendado .

La amplitud. Un cuarto baño con una placa de ducha muy cómoda y amplia. Sofá grande y muy cómodo, varias sillas y también taburetes. Detalles como tener tv frente a la cama y otro más para ver desde el sofá. Las persianas están automatizadas lo que le dar un toque muy moderno. Todo muy nuevo. Tiene líneas de buses cercanas y también una parada de metro cercana, con lo cual es muy cómodo acceder al centro. También cerca un Día y un Mercadona
Sólo había vasos tipo café, faltaría dotarlo de algunos más amplios para vinos, cerveza o copeo.

El piso es muy bonito y la ubicación es muy buena, puedes aparcar fácilmente cerca y en 10 minutos en autobús estás en el centro
El piso tiene mucha humedad y huele muy mal, la limpieza es mejorable. La mesa de la cocina por ejemplo estaba sucia cuando llegamos y había hormigas
