Los espacios son amplios, excepto el baño.
No hay ascensor, aunque realmente el edificio es muy pequeño. IMPORTANTE: la calefacción solo está en el salón y las habitaciones y baño son muy frías, tuvimos que comprar 2 calefactores para las habitaciones. En el área de ducha donde se coloca la regadera estaba rota así como el botón de caliente o fría. Había que bañarse tallando con una mano y la otra cogiendo la regadera, muy incómodo pero el propietario dice que está bien y es funcional cosa que no es así. Los articulos de cocina en cuanto a platos, vasos, cubiertos muy muy mal...había 3 vasitos y uno de ellos roto...deja mucho que desear.. La vitrocerámica solo funcionó una parrilla, no se si se deba al tipo de cacerolas que tiene. La cama matrimonial rechina mucho. El piso de arriba no se si es vivienda normal pero a las 6 de la mañana se oían gritos de intimidad de una pareja...la verdad bastante incómodo y vulgar. Bote de baño roto Microondas muy oxidado

A szálláson a mosókonyhába vezető ajtó egy tolóajtó volt, amit nem lehetett becsukni és kivezetett a szabadba, bárki bejöhetett volna. Megvizsgáltam az ajtót, zár sem volt rajta. A szállásadóval rögtön közöltem, hogy ez így nagyon veszélyes, nem maradok itt, ő flegmán válaszolt, hogy nem tudott az elromlott ajtóról, majd megpróbál valakit odaküldeni, de zár amúgy sem volt soha az ajtón, se ne aggódjak emiatt!!! Egy hétre foglaltam le, egyedül!! A Booking. com elérhetetlen volt telefonon egész héten, ki volt kapcsolva, az üzeneteimre azt válaszolták, hogy nagyon sajnálják… én azonnal elhagytam a szállást, újat foglaltam ugyancsak a booking-on, mert nagyon sürgős volt és veszélyben éreztem magam. A pénzemet nem kaptam vissza, megpróbáltak nulla kommunikációval valami 31770 forintot “jutalomként” a fiókra tenni, amikor a szállás 466.66 euro volt és teljes visszatérítést kértem! Senkinek sem ajánlom a szállást, piszkos, veszélyes és a szállásadó arrogáns és nemtörődöm!! A Booking-tól meg senki ne várjon segítséget, ezt most én is megtapasztaltam sajnos!

Perfecta, fui a la Comic Con de Málaga y para lo que quería que era dormir y asearme está muy bien.
La cercanía a FYCMA y el trato del propietario que fue muy amable.
Se salía el botón de la ducha pero avisé al propietario, y lo va a arreglar.

Gli spazi erano stupendi e puliti, i servizi ottimi, le camere spaziose e i letti molto comodi. Soprattutto la disponibilità, l’educaIone e la gentilezza dell’host sono stati impagabili Los espacios eran hermosos y limpios, las comodidades eran excelentes, las habitaciones eran espaciosas y las camas eran muy cómodas. Sobre todo la disponibilidad, educación y amabilidad del anfitrión fueron invaluables.
