Don’t bother unless desperate

Location ok. Not expensive

Advertised we would be met at the property and given the keys. At the same time photos of our passports would be taken for the admin. In reality we had to find a second address to pick up the keys and were hounded to do the passport admin for them. The property is tired ( the less generous may say shabby)with bathroom ceiling peeling , bottoms of doors worn and appliances dated . No oven, beds are camp beds which are of dreadful quality and comfort. The lifts are switched off so had to get a mobility scooter from 4th floor when left.

An excellent apartment for the last night of our holiday.

Perfectly located for the airport. Bar was an unexpected bonus! Host gave us access to the parking garage.

Las colchas y frazadas no estaban limpias. No dejaron repasador ni servilletas. El inodoro goteaba. En la habitación principal no había lugar para pasar porque a la cama de dos plazas le adosaron una cama de una plaza. El anfitrión no fue amable.

Die Lage ist der einzige Vorteil dieser Unterkunft

Die Betten sind billige unbequeme Feldbetten. Die Sessel sind komplett durchgesessen, die Couchgarnitur ist eine Katastrophe. Das Bad ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist spartanisch. Es gab nur einen Teelöffel und auch Tassen waren nicht genug vorhanden. Der Vermieter war unfreundlich und lästig, hat auch zusätzlich € 50 verlangt für einen späten Check-In.

La ubicación, bajo el edificio hay un bus q te lleva al centro histórico. Caminando llegas a la playa. Parking seguro y privado en el subterráneo del edificio.

El equipamiento deficiente, 2 dormitorios sin velador ni lámpara de velador. El baño requiere renovación.

Moet gerenoveerd worden

Het is een simpel appartement zoals uit de foto's al blijkt. Het is dichtbij het vliegveld en dichtbij de metro. Er is een grote supermarkt op 1 min loopafstand. Het is een ruim appartement. Er komt een goede douchestraal uit de douche en hij is lekker warm. Het strand in de buurt heeft een mooie boulevard en restaurants en speeltuinen. Voor een kort simpel verblijf best oké. Het is wel schoon.

Het is oud en erg gedateerd. Bedden zijn extreem oncomfortabel, slechte matrassen en geen dubbel bed zoals staat aangegeven. Het zijn 3 slaapkamers met in totaal 5 eenpersoonsbedden. Er ligt amper bescherming op de matrassen behalve een dun oncomfortabel lakentje. Er zijn sowieso weinig lakens en dekens. Ik vroeg de host 3x om nieuwe lakens maar hij ging hier niet op in. De keuken heeft erg random servies, heel veel borden maar geen bekers. En zoals op de foto's wat vreemd ingedeeld met bureaus. De meubels zijn allemaal een beetje bij elkaar geraapt. Oude banken. Bad heeft gebreken. Alles moet gewoon flink gerenoveerd worden. De wijk is totaal niet toeristisch, wel genoeg restaurantjes en basis voorzieningen in de buurt Ik denk dat als je een plek dichtbij het strand wilt kan je beter in fuengirola of zo zitten, vanuit daar kan je ook makkelijk een trein nemen naar malaga. De metro doet er ook lang over vanaf dit appartement.
