Perfect location, close to beach, nice park. Safe neighborhood, close to airport and city center (we used the bus card for cheap transport) and shops. The apartment is spacious for family of 4, it was clean and beds were great to sleep on. It was quiet at night. Overflow coffee machine was provided, smart tv allowed us to watch matches on canal+. We initially booked close to Malagueta beach but we are happy we switched to this apartment as the neighborhood is much more relaxed and livable :).
