Excellent, I would recommend

The self check in was very easy and effortless, the apartment is clean and well equipped. Bus stop to the centre of the city is just a few steps away. I appreciated the laundry opportunity, detergent was provided as well. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back :)

Not impressed

Good location not far to walk to the beach or catch a bus to the city centre.

Had difficulty getting in, key code didn't work & had to wait until a resident entered the building. Walls were covered in marks, both lamps had been smashed & stuck back together with sticky tape. Not one bowl provided & kitchen utensils damaged & reason we stayed here so we could prepare own meals. When booking you are warned if don't pay extra insurance will lose security deposit taken 7 days before on top of accommodation price if there is even a scratch. This is laughable considering condition of the property. So I made sure they knew about damage found on arrival & sent numerous photos. They didn't care, just messaged thanks for letting us know. No offer to provide bowls & didn't hear anything more from them.

Terribly unsanitary, full with cockroaches, and no help from the property.

COCKROACHES!!!!!! 🦗🦗🤮 DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!🚫🚫🚫 Cockroaches everywhere! On the sofa, the bed, the kitchen counter, dining table, and walls. Also, we found cockroaches in the bathroom and in the cupboards on the plates and cups. We kept our food in the fridge to protect it from them, but then a cockroach and also a larva appeared in the fridge too. These cockroaches fall under the category of pest, as they spread various diseases that are dangerous for humans. They usually appear in unsanitary places. We contacted the customer service and also the owner of the apartment on the first day, shortly after our arrival when we started noticing the first few cockroaches. The customer service said that they will also contact the owner, who should respond to us within the next 12 hours. We could barely get any sleep in that place, but we waited. The next day there was no response from the owner. We called customer service again, and they told us that we will have to wait for 48 hours now to see what solution the property can provide. After waiting for 48 hours, still we didn't get any response. Our entire stay was ruined by then. After that, by the time we already sent a lot of messages and made a lot of phone calls each day, we requested a manager, but the representative hung up on us. We called back but they hung up on us again. This happened also the next day. In the end, we just gave up and persevered, trying not to spend any time in our accomodation, which we paid for, except for taking a quick shower and sleeping after we used a spray to at least kill some of the cockroaches. We stayed there for around a week. Even when we left, there were many cockroaches, and we did not get any kind of response, let alone a solution. One last thing is that they also did not have the necessary toiletries even though it was advertised, and even the customer service representatives confirmed that we should have them.

Tout était parfait de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le personnel était disponible et grâce aux indications fournies nous avons pu accéder à l’appartement très facilement. En terme de confort, il n’y a rien à redire, un 10/10. Chaque détails mit à notre disposition nous a permis de profiter au mieux de notre séjour et de se sentir comme chez soi : vaisselle, cuisine équipée, serviettes, Wifi, SmartTV et j’en passe… La localisation était idéale : quartier calme, avec les commerces à proximité ainsi que les transports en commun facilitant notre accès au centre-ville, port de Malaga, etc… Je retiens de cet établissement un professionnalisme et des détails qui font la différence, je recommande !

Elhelyezkedés: boltok a környéken. Közlekedés. Éttermek. Volt mosási lehetőség (kaptunk mosószert), kültéren lehetett teregetni.

A székek el voltak törve, óvatosan lehetett csak használni őket. A klíma koszos volt.

El piso está muy bien, se ve limpio y nuevo, está a 15 minutos mas o menos de la playa andando, tiene a 5min un parking y muchas tiendas por los alrededores. He visto comentarios de que había cucarachas y yo no vi ninguna, entiendo que depende de la época del año salgan mas como en todos sitios. Recomendado.

Appartamento con tutto il necessario, comodo a due passi dalla metro e dai supermercati.

Accoglienza che ha lasciato desiderare, il link per aprire il portone durante il check in non funzionava, non hanno prontamente risposto alle varie telefonate e messaggi, quando lo hanno fatto mi hanno consigliato di andare in un bar a bere una bevanda e aspettare qualcuno che venisse ad aprire il portone...ho dovuto citofonare a casaccio e chiedere la cortesia di aprire il portone. Il piano cottura era rotto, non sono riuscito a cucinare, é passato un tecnico la sera prima della partenza... presumibilmente è stato cambiato dopo il mio check out.

Piso comodo pero lleno de cucarachas y un anfitrión que no responde

El piso era cómodo

Había muchas cucarachas y el responsable a cargo del piso nunca me contexto a la pregunta de ¿Porque no funciona la vitrocerámica?. Por lo que no pude cocinar en el apartamento, uno de los motivos por los que lo cogimos. Ademas el tema de las cucarachas estaban por todo el piso, de todos los tamaños.

Arredamento e semplicità danno un aspetto di modernità. A 15 minuti dalla spiaggia, ma bisogna prendere la metro per andare in centro. Ottimo per chi vuole evitare le zone turistiche

La ubicacion estaba cerca del centro de la ciudad a 15 minutos en bus, tambien hay una estacion del metro muy cerca que va para el centro, cerca de una playa a 15 minutos caminando. Precio calidad van de la mano.

tal vez poner una smart Tv que se pueda conectar a internet o desde el celular para terminar el dia viendo una peli despues de un dia largo de turismo, siempre viene bien.

La buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad. La cama era cómoda.

Nos dejaron 2 botecitos de gel para 5 noches y 2 personas, el menaje está muy justo, es una primera planta y tiene menos luz de lo que parece en las fotos. En el ascensor cabe 1 persona delgada y muy justo. El barrio es regular.

Wenn man noch nicht urlaubsreif ist, dann nach dem Kampf durch die digitale Anmeldung...

Preis günstig, wenn man nichts erwartet außer einer Schlafstätte. Haltestellen in der Nähe für Busse von und zum Flughafen und ins Zentrum. Wenn man normales Malaga erleben will, ist das Viertel passend. Aber man muss die netten Bars, sprich Kneipen erst suchen.

Der digitale Aufwand war katastrophal. Mehrere Firmen, denen wir Infos und Fotos senden mussten. Alles doppelt und dreifach. Wegen der Umstellung auf ein neues Smartphone konnte ich keine Kaution überweisen. Schließlich war doch eine einfachere Lösung möglich. Wir haben uns mit der Wohnung für die paar Tage angefreundet, auch wenn der sogenannte Patio nur ein 'Luftraum' war. Unsere Telefonate wurden nicht beantwortet, schließlich haben wir über eine andere Nummer eine freundliche Reinigungskraft erreicht, die uns etwas positive Energie vermittelt hat.

CERCA DE LA PLAYA , MARAVILLOSO

Apartamento fantástico a pocos metros de la playa y con muchos comercios cerca ! Tren y bus muy cerca para poder desplazarte si no tienes coche. Perfecto para 2 personas , con todas las comodidades y muy coqueto
